It's been a while since a had a positive review on enterprise. The waynesburg office had great , honest costumer service . The female assistant manager was outstanding. I think her name was sandy but I may be wrong

Absolute joke. Drove 45 mins to pick up my car only to be told they have nothing. The she lied and said I left you a message. Still waiting for that message.

My mom called in the morning to ensure a car was available. They said it was. Turns out the car was damaged and they wouldn't give it and they had to drive 20 miles in the wrong direction. She only has 1 day to visit me and this place stole hours from that day because of incompetence. They also lied and told her she could get a discount in washington for a more expensive car available... They were called and asked beforehand and obviously did not properly check the vehicle when it arrived. So don't give them business if u can help it.

Great ride. 2019 Ford Escape. Always great to rent a car for a vacation. One less thing to worry about.

When I called to make a reservation for a car they asked me some questions and said I was all set to go. But when I went to pick up the car there was an issue and they weren’t able to loan it to me. When I expressed my issue that I had to be 6 hours away for a funeral and no way to get there, the person I talked with here was soooooooo rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! The enterprises I’ve dealt with in the past have been good experiences, not at the waynesburg office though! The worker who refused to help me his name is Cody. I called another one and they had zero issue helping me out immediately.

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family rented a car, as I have to travel a considerable distance for a mandatory training and we need an extra vehicle for the week. The scheduling, made well in advance, went without error and we received a confirmation email that said we were to pick the car up today at noon. Upon our arrival at 11:45, the office was completely deserted and no one was answering our calls. A call to the Enterprise customer service line proved completely unhelpful and we were simply told to go to another location to rent a car. Because we had expected this to be handled with efficiency, we had made other time-sensitive plans for the day. So tomorrow, we will be heading to a location well out of our way just so I can have transportation for an event that is necessary if I would like to keep my job.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I went through the website, set my pick-up and drop-off times, and thought everything was set. I get there at noon, the time set on the website and they were closed, and the door was locked. I happen to catch one guy as he was leaving for the day. He told me there was still someone there. I knocked on the door and got inside. I then informed they would not accept a debit card or cash for my rental, that I needed a major credit card or two utility bills. I don't own a major credit card and don't normally carry utility bills with me. Since they closed at noon, they weren't going to wait for me to go home and get any bills, so I was unable to rent a car. This ruined my plans for the upcoming week. I was told it's in the fine print that that can't accept cash or debit cards.... would have been nice to know ahead of time. Very disappointed.
