I had a great experience with Vardan, the finance manager at Sentry West. He walked me through the whole process so I could understand each step. I had not owned a vehicle for a few years, so I was starting from scratch and he made it quick and easy. He answered my questions regarding insurance, helped me secure a loan, and registered the vehicle for me. He also contacted my insurance for me when I accidentally set it up to start on the wrong day. I just picked my car up last night and the whole process was seamless from start to finish!

My overall experience at Sentry Mazda was great! Matt was very personable and friendly. When I first went in he said it was going to take several hours to fix the recall when I was told when I made the appointment that it would be only2-2 1/2 hours. After replacing the recall Matt sent a video of a technician going over the car and an estimate of services they recommended. My husband and I thought the video was awesome and really showed us what they went over in the car. We agreed to the services and we thought the price and recommendations were very reasonable. They texted us when it was ready, the same day and pick up was easy and the car is driving great! We would definitely go back!!

The folks in Sentry West Mazda are awesome. I had a very smooth buying experience with them. Vardan who managed all the documentation was one of the best in my experience. He diligently went through all the paperwork and stayed late to finish the work so I could get everything approved for the next day delivery. Sincere and committed people like him are rare to find these days. The general manager Rob even arranged me a pickup to the facility so I can drive back my car home. That’s going above and beyond. 100% recommend these folks. A happy CX5 customer now.

The team at sentry west Mazda helped replace my brakes. They record your vehicle as they are doing their initial inspection so you see the current status of your car. They then provided suggestions for service and a quick estimate before starting on the work. The team provides real time updates regarding the status of your service. Great Customer Service I have purchased my CX-5 preferred in this location. Tim Colleton answer my question in a professional manner and solve all my concerns. The staff over there are very nice and friendly. They worked overtime to help me finish the paperwork. I got my CX-5 on the second day. Cheer!!!!!

Great experience today at Mazda. In and out in an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change. Service advisor and technician were very efficient and thorough. Received a video summary from the technician of completed work. Very clean facility and comfortable waiting area. Only disappointment was price of cabin filter, $77.90 for filter and replacement. Seemed it only took 5 minutes from the time I approved changing it.

I had an incredible experience! Hands down the best car buying experience I've had! We'll be coming back here when it's time to replace my husband's car! I've always dreaded going to dealerships as I've always been stuck with pushy salesmen who often end up loosing my sale because they push too hard. I never once felt this way here!! I worked with Scott who was very kind, honest and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a specific used car and was able to test drive it right away. I came here as their prices beat every dealership I looked into (and I looked into a a lot)! Scott took time to talk to me about the car and answer all of my questions, and I ended up test driving a few others as well. He was more than happy to let me test drive and look at each car I was interested in. I ended up buying a new car as it was a much better value than the used car and am SO happy with it! Loving my new CX-5!! Be aware that used car prices are through the roof right now - this is happening everywhere! But Sentry Mazda honestly had the best prices around!!

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 six years ago at Sentry Mazda and have had almost all of my oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance and repairs done at their service department. It is always easy to get a hold of them when I call to schedule my appointments and they always have reasonable availability. If you need a loner car because of how long the car will be there, they will provide one. The estimates and time commitments are accurate and honored. When I am there for service, they provide updates via text, emails and even share videos of any problem areas along with their recommendations. I see no reason to bring my car anywhere else because they provide great service.

Working with Rob was a pleasure, never felt I was talking to a sales person!! We got a fabulous car at the end. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and courteous and they worked around with some of the peculiarities we had in our case. Overall despite construction work going on, we still had a pleasant experience at the Sentry Mazda!

Let me start by saying Ed Collins was the best salesperson I had ever met. 😁 I got my beautiful Mazda CX5 Turbo on 14th Feb 2022 and the buying process was super smooth. Everyone is super friendly and they worked past their office hours so that I could get my car at the earliest. One thing I like about sentry west is that they stick to the MSRP price and donot pressure new customers in buying or signing documents unlike other dealers. Everything is clear and transparent. I definitely recommend Sentry West Mazda. P.S.: The dealership sticker that they put on car totally blends in.
