I’m not gonna lie, this store has terrible customer service. I was trying to do a very simple upgrade on my phone and was needing to ask a couple questions but no worker could take five minutes to answer my questions. After a worker explained how easy it was and should only take a couple minutes. I kept needing help and waited an hour for none and left. Verizon is a fine carrier but i personally dread going into their stores because of the severe lack of customer service.

This experience is regarding an online order pick up, so I cannot speak to the quality of in-person customer service. The process of the online order was incredibly easy. This Verizon store looks clean and recently renovated. They have a section of lockers you can use to pick up your online order, so all I had to do was enter a code Verizon texted to me, and I was able to get my new phone in less than 5 minutes.

Verizon employees thing they are Royalty…. I did an order for my parents to pickup a new phone and they cancelled before they pickup the phone. Then they ignored them in the store and told they needs to wait 1 to 2 hours to get the phone…. They are the new minimum wage royalty… this guys needs to take a customer service course ASAP!

This store made us realize what it means to be different and young and get treated like we don’t exist at all. Had an appointment at 3 but came in 30 minutes ahead of time, apparently they value some specific people more then others. Never gonna come back here again. And for those who understand my frustration don’t try this store.

Emily at this Verizon location did a great job helping upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 5G phone. I'm so please - she made sure my photos, email, contacts, etc. all transferred from my old phone to the new. Thanks!

Gina provided good customer service, it would have been great if she did not have to keep leaving me to help others. I did not feel like my issue was priority. However, she did resolve my issue. Each customer matters.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in to get my screen protector replaced the representative put it on wrong so the manager “fixed it”. When I got it back it was still very close to the edge of the screen so I wanted it fully replaced they argued with me stating that I would have to go through Zagg, “theirs nothing wrong with it it’s literally perfect”, and “we’re only human”. The manager and all workers were extremely unprofessional, rude and their attitudes were absolutely unnecessary to the point where they should be fired.

The AI phone call receiving system is maybe the worse I've ever encountered. It took 4 call attempts before I was even able to get in a "queue" to talk to a live representative and then it was 15 mins of waiting before I decided to hang up cause I don't have all day for this. Maybe they're better in person ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Because I arrived at a time when there were a lot of customers in the store I had to wait for 15 minutes but once the manager came over and got my information he quickly got my phone and handled the transaction efficiently. Only had it a few hours but I think that I am really going to like the new 5G phone. Great to find what I wanted and I was given printed instructions to transfer the data from my old phone and feel confident that I could ask for assistance if I needed any.
