Ever since Sprint joined T Mobile the customer service became 👎 I wish I can explain my problem with them but it’s a long story all I can say is I am reporting the company to the BBB for sure I have all the proofs necessary to doing so. Sadly after ten years of being their customer I am going to cancel their service and change my cell phone provider It took a month and my problem isn’t solved.

The manager lied about what we would pay monthly. We were supposed to buy one and get one phone FREE. That is not the case. Plus the service os poor at best. Don’t go to this store!

TEMPORARILY or PERMANENTLY CLOSED?? Looks like it. Dont know. Went there on Wed June 6, 2022. There were tons of cardboard boxes in and outside and a man was sitting by the open door, guarding the boxes i guess? 🤷🏽♀️ I didn't bother to come out of my car.

I almost needed presidential clearance to change a screen protector that I have on my phone that I purchased. I have the lifetime warranty on screen protector replacement and the guy couldn't find it in the system, which was crashing and acting slow! Had to leave exactly how I went in, with a cracked screen protector!

Most of the employees seemed great, very attentive and friendly. But the manager for the assurant services completely ruined the experience and makes me never want to go back to this location. She was so not understanding and completely messed everything up with my repair. I left the store aggravated and very upset. I called assurant to figure out the issue, and they told me she shouldn’t have done that and what she said was completely wrong. I will now be using a different location due to this one employee who I feel shouldn’t be in the position she is considering she was wrong and completely ruined my experience and wasted 4 hours of my time. If it wasn’t for her, I’d have given 5 stars.

This isn't so much a review for this store but is a review for the company in general. In November of 2021, we added three new lines and switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. We learned that T-Mobile doesn't honor the discount we had with Sprint through my husband's work. I asked about a discount with my work. They told me that they didn't know if I qualified and that I would need to talk to my work. I did qualify through my work for a discount and called aT-Mobile to set up the discount. They asked me to fill out online paperwork and wait for an email. The email said I qualified for the discount but that I would need to go into a store. I went into the store and was told that I would need to call customer serviced since I wasn't setting up a new account. I again called customer service who told me that I would need to add a new line in order to get the discount. I said I had just added 3 new lines. Their reply was that they couldn't count those lines because it was past 30 days of adding them. They put so much red tape into getting work discounts that it makes you wonder why they offer them at all. We would have been better off going with AT&T.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. First I approached an employee who seemed to be in another dimension and was clearly aggravated with having to be at work. When the manger approached or who I assume was the manger approached I was not told who he was or why he needed to be in the conversation in the first place . He was very aggressive and stand-off ish . One of the rudest managers I have ever experienced . Do not go here find another T-Mobile store .

We live in Shrewsbury and this store is the closest to us. I recently transferred my plan (over 4 lines) from AT&T to t-mobile with phone service and just asked them to put the ESIM in our phone. The guy looked at it and said the phone was not supported and let us to leave. Terrible service. But once we went to another T-Mobile store, they added esim to these phones. The people there are unbelievable. Never go there again, even if it's closer to us.

This "manager" should be fired!! He has absolutely no people skills, social skills at that...Went into the Shrewsbury store to purchase an IPhone 13, where there is a "mask mandate". Immediately after walking in was told very rudely to put my mask on, which I was not the only one not wearing a mask. Then, this manager came from out back and just started helping a customer who walked in after me. I politely told him I was here waiting and wanted to speak to him privately about the mask situation. He would not speak to me privately and after asking my name immediately kicked me out of store. I kept asking why? His response was to call the police. I sat in my car waiting for the police to arrive after he had come out to take a picture of my vehicle, so I decided to take a picture of him. Instead of deescalating the situation he continued to egg me on and giving me thumb's up. The police did come and told me to not go back into store. A few days later I spoke to corporate office who said I was allowed in store, so I took my very pregnant wife to pay off our phones so we could switch carriers. Immediately, after entering store the same manager automatically called police again and kicked my wife out for no reason.

Absolutely HEAVENLY costumer service. Greatest Employee of All Time Award goes to Ms. Nyasia who, like every employee at this store, enjoyed helping me through every single need of mine with a stellar attitude and constant care and consideration, despite how annoying my technology was being. Saying she deserves a raise would be an understatement; give her ten raises. The people who work here truly care about their patrons and will help you with whatever you face.
