You can find cheaper gas elsewhere, I used to visit here when Dunkin was there, still got gas until a recent pump - they put a 200 dollar hold on my card for 3 days. Not sure what’s going on, but will go elsewhere now. ~Matthew

This experience is regarding an online order pick up, so I cannot speak to the quality of in-person customer service. The process of the online order was incredibly easy. This Verizon store looks clean and recently renovated. They have a section of lockers you can use to pick up your online order, so all I had to do was enter a code Verizon texted to me, and I was able to get my new phone in less than 5 minutes. ~Kelly

Still painting house we got a two years ago. Sherwin Williams paint spreads nice and I love the one coat.. pay the extra for higher paint, it's worth it as what's a few extra bucks when you think of all the time you spend preparing and painting ~Frank

Went in for new break pads and rotors to install on my 2016 Honda Accord. The guy behind the counter looked up correct fits and gave me options to choose from. He also helped me find break grease and cleaner so I could get my breaks done right. I have since installed the new rotors and pads and my breaks are all set. The staff is awesome here. I have also met this awesome delivery driver by the name of George Campbell. If you need parts in a pinch, this is the place to go to. ~Mike

This isn't so much a review for this store but is a review for the company in general. In November of 2021, we added three new lines and switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. We learned that T-Mobile doesn't honor the discount we had with Sprint through my husband's work. I asked about a discount with my work. They told me that they didn't know if I qualified and that I would need to talk to my work. I did qualify through my work for a discount and called aT-Mobile to set up the discount. They asked me to fill out online paperwork and wait for an email. The email said I qualified for the discount but that I would need to go into a store. I went into the store and was told that I would need to call customer serviced since I wasn't setting up a new account. I again called customer service who told me that I would need to add a new line in order to get the discount. I said I had just added 3 new lines. Their reply was that they couldn't count those lines because it was past 30 days of adding them. They put so much red tape into getting work discounts that it makes you wonder why they offer them at all. We would have been better off going with AT&T. ~Amy

I had my taxes done there several years and each year there was an issue. For the last 2 years I had to go over my tax return and tell them what deductions I should have. This year they almost cost me over $2000 back on my federal tax return. Luckily I caught it before they filed. To make matters worse, I was notified by the state that I had missed filing $9000 of income on my state tax return. When I brought it to the owner he argued with me, telling me I must have failed to bring him an additional w-2. After 10 minutes he finally checked and realized they had messed up and forget to add the $9000 to my state tax. Finally, he wanted to charge me $400 after all these issues. I refused to pay and brought my return down the street to H and R block, where I paid much less and they discovered an additional $500 that I was entitled to on my return. They have no idea what they are doing. You're better off filing yourself using turbo tax. ~john

The staff have always been helpful when I’ve been looking for items in the wrong aisle, had trouble with coupons and the pharmacists always answer my questions patiently.
