Horrible customer service and really rude employee. Bought tires from them for my Tesla in spring and they changed the policy recently on Teslas as per the employee who refused to give his name. Refusing to rotate my tires and re-balance them. shade folks, stay away.

my tire stem has a tiny air leakage. I left the car there for repair . then I was told the nut on tire stem got rounded up and ask me to find a mechanic. The guy showed me how he loosen the nut by rachetting it clockwise. I told him you should do it counterclockwise. He said I know what I am doing. Oh, well, did not fix the air leakage issue and have a round up nut need to fix out of my pocket.

They never answer the call. I tried to call them at least 4 times to cancel the appt, but no answers. I guess I will be just no show.

This system would not allow me to post a review of less than 1 star so I want to emphasize that my actual rating is zero stars (or less). I ordered online and paid for four tires on October 14 and booked an installation appointment for October 19. I received a call on the morning of the 19th from the tire center informing me that my tires had not yet arrived and that I would need to reschedule the installation. Since I was going out of town for an extended period I discussed the possibility of canceling the order and was told that I could not get my money refunded unless I visited the store in person. I called back after a couple of hours when it became clear that I wasn't going to be able to do that and asked if my order had been canceled. I was told that it wasn't and that I could reschedule the installation for November 3 which is what I did. When I showed up at the store on November 3 there was no record of my installation appointment and no tires. I was told that the tires had been "returned". I was then back to starting from scratch three weeks later with nothing to show for it, plus a totally wasted morning discovering and dealing with this issue. My refund request was submitted but it will take 3-5 business days to process. We'll see how that works out. Yes, it's true that BJ's tires cost less than other places but only if you can get them. And hopefully they are more competent with installations than they are in ordering and selling the merchandise. I guess I'll never know because I'm done with these clowns.

Bought my tires online and scheduled my installation appointment through the app. Got shipping updates for each tire. I arrived at the exact time of my appointment and they had my tires in the bay waiting. Installation took an hour as they estimated. They noted I would need an alignment on one of the wheels before I left (they don’t do alignments). My personal experience met my expectations.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I made an appointment a month ago to get 4 new tires. I dropped the car off waited 4 1/2 hours just for them to tell me they don’t have the right tires and to come back next week. Came back the next week to wait another full day for them to say they only have 1 tire. Unbelievably terrible service. I don’t know how anyone could do business with these clowns

Ordered 4 tires and had to wait a month for instillation. Arrived to have tires installed only to find out the tires were never ordered. Place is a mess and way under staffed.

Good place to get tires. Prices are really solid--even better than Town Fair down the street. Employees are nice, patient, and know what they are talking about--they do not try and upsell you. Would suggest making an appointment--which takes only a few minutes to do--but they do a good job of sticking to the time table that they estimated. It took just over an hour to get four new tires installed. I would suggest going an hour or so before closing to get a quote----it should be less busy then--and make an appointment for a time later in the week. Overall one of the best tire buying experiences I have had. And for people giving them a hard time for not answering the phone--have you ever tried to get ahold of any department at BJs? Their whole phone system is super inefficient, so I would not blame the tire center. Example, I once called for the bakery and the guy at the gas station down the hill picked up because that is how their system works. I was stuck in a transfer loop with him for over 10 minutes. Just go in person--they cannot take credit cards over the phone anyways.
