I shop at Kroger a lot well instead of going to Murfreesboro I decided to go to McMinnville big mistake I have elderly people I shop for and one of the employees walks up to me and says there is a limit I said I’m shopping for different people very rude and she walks away never once have I ever been questioned about what I was shopping for yes I know there is a limit I politely informed her I was shopping for different elderly people she had a bad attitude I’m sorry you hate your job but how about being a lil nicer next time especially when you have no idea what or who I’m shopping for at least in Murfreesboro they offer help she just wanted to be rude never going back I’ll drive the extra 30 min to at least get spoke to when I walk in and not questioned why I’m buying what I’m buying dear lord she acted like I stole her paycheck do better people

This store has a problem with their produce. I often find spoiled produce on their shelves and what I do take home rots quickly. I will shop elsewhere next time.

The people at the pharmacy are unfriendly Don’t have your Rx’s filled on time then they are rude My last time using them I’d rather pay more than be treated like this

My family and I were treated very very poorly in Kroger today. I was highly embarrassed and the cashier drew everyone’s attention to the problem with my card. She even went so far as to threaten to take away my card and draw a black line across it!!!! It is a valid card that I use everywhere. Never had a problem with it. I used it without a problem at another store after I left Kroger today! I’m shocked at how poorly we were treated, how high the prices are, and how even the gas pump kept shutting off at the pump. I had them restart the pump twice before having to get my money back. Gas is a lot cheaper across town I might add. We won’t be back. Also the ice cream was absolutely busted at the bottom and I was told to just put it back in the freezer. We tried to get another tub, but it was busted also. Was told to “just leave it in the freezer.” Not good business. Not at all.

I like kroger, and this store seems good, but the ladies were not polite. Bag lady seemed to be sick, probably just a cold, I'm not carona crazed, but I dont really even want a cold either, so I went to go wash my purchases to disinfect and rebag them, just to be on the safe side, wouldn't let me have bags, rudely, suggested I dig through their recycling tote, luckily I had a garbage bag in the truck, please be nice, have you a good day.

Clean and friendly employees, unfortunately the top manager doesn't communicate with the employees about any concerns or issues she has until the day you're unexpectedly let go through one of the other managers she tasks with the unfortunate situation. I'm still rating it 4 stars because of the wonderful employees and how hard they work to keep it clean and well stocked.

Sale prices are good but you have to get there early if you really want something. The really good buys sell out quickly. Sometimes you have to stand in check out and other times you can get through immediately. Same way with the pharmacy, sometimes a very long line other times just walk right up. Everyone is super friendly. I have only met 1 boy that acted unhappy but he wasn't rude. I have met a very kind, helpful young man name James and he has gone out of his way to show me where to find something or to look in the back for more. They seem to have a problem with keeping water in the store. Several occasions they have been out. I have told 2 men who say they are managers about the Purity ice cream cartons being cut on top but it seems to do no good. Overall Kroger's is a great store and I will continue to shop there

At 9:30 Friday morning, the aisles were so packed with pallets of groceries to be put on shelves there was barely room to get a cart through. The aisles are already small enough. They seem to expect you to use the self checkouts, as there was only one regular lane open. The self checkouts are not as easy to use as Walmart, so I don't want to use them. I complained at the office and the lady there flippantly said "maybe they will get us a bigger store one day". Well, that would be a good idea!!!

This store has gotten better in the last year or so, but it still has a long way to go to be great. There's no fresh seafood, no butcher department, no salad bar, and while the produce section has improved somewhat, it doesn't have a very good variety.

Stock was getting low which is unusual. Usually their milk is good for 3 weeks. But only a week on the gallon I bought. Overall I really enjoy the store and what it has to offer other than beef or chicken. Their meat prices are very high.
