Very disappointed with my service. I wanted a pedicure and it literally took him 15 minutes to get through a $50 dollar service which includes, paraffin wax, exfoliating massage and hot stone. Moving into my manicure, the drill was way to fast and hurt my nail and they drilled it back enough that my nails now hurt from how far they drilled my nails down. When they went to manicure my cuticles, they wiped off a used cuticle trimmer and wanted to use that on me. I refused and he was upset that I even said anything. Very disappointed and will never go to this place again! Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure, Manicure

Love this Nail Spa. I never had to wait, always well staffed and they truly do a great job. Happy staff. They always keep their customers hydrated by offering something to drink ( lemon water ) I would highly recommend this place. Great location 👌

Paid alot of money for a pedicure. They barely rubbed my feet, and never used the cheese grater thing to remove all the dead skin. I had to ask about the wax application. I felt like they were just getting people in and out real quick and not really spending the time to do it right. I will never go back. Service: Pedicure

Where is Cindy the old owner? Things are different I never experienced them not having a color that I picked out on the nail card.. they don’t offer water or lemonade anymore… dim the lights anymore… eye brows not the same.. we recently moved away from sycamore and came back just to get our nails done and wow so much has changed in a year… Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I’ve never been a mani or pedi girl because I always figured I could do the same thing at home. I was given some gift cards to Leza’s so I decided to get the honey princess pedicure. It was very nice and relaxing. Jenny did a great job and made me very comfortable throughout the whole experience. I will be back! Service: Pedicure

If I could give this facility a -10 I would so rude and disrespectful employee and also customers. I have went there and a gentleman was so mean and ruff with my nails to the point he made me bleed. Also my sister went to this facility and told the worker French nails and she told him again he said ok. Then as he does the pedicure she once again said French tip he said ok and the he didn’t do what I asked he did white nails and had the nerve to get mad at me as the lady next to me told him I told him French and then as another gentleman said here I’ll fix it the rude man told me get out of his get and go to the other gentlemen was extremely rude. I had been a loyal customer for years but now after this they have lost my business and others that I had referred to them. I am beyond disgusted!!!!!!!

I went with my daughter and granddaughter for 3 pedicures. My daughter and I each had a pick 2. My daughter’s was great and the girl who did her pedi was kind and very attentive. The gentleman that did mine didn’t listen from the start. I told him my feet were bad always and that he didn’t get the heels soft; he insisted he did. Then he kept hitting my wet nails with the light. I’d have to adjust myself. Then came my 2 extra services. Hot Rocks were first. He just ran them as fast as possible up and down my legs. It was so fast and uncomfortable that my legs didn’t have time to absorb heat or relax. Next was my extra massage which wasn’t even long enough to be a regular massage much less an extra massage. I asked for the hot wax candle as that’s always what I get and he refused to use the candle. Told me not enough left; however the girl used it and had plenty for my daughter after his denial to use. Mind you they sell these candles and should have just gotten a new one to use if it was no longer usable. Cindy was not in today and the gentleman in charge took $10 off of my $73 bill. I told him both extra services were terrible and I didn’t feel I should pay for either, plus my heels were really rough still. My entire appointment should have been Free. My daughter’s technician worked 15 min longer than my services took and we both had a pick 2. Looking at my bill it appears the technician was Stan. I would never recommend to anyone after today’s appointment. Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Sarah, which was the girl doing my nails, she seemed in such a rush , she was twisting my fingers in ways it should not go, the filing was very harsh and agressive, same thing with the buffing, my nails are in an intense amount of pain atm, and the sides are still visible to my natural nail. There is also a lot of bumpy spots and smudges on my nail from her touching it and smearing it around. I will never go here again.

I went to have my full set completed looking for a new nail technician after giving my nails a break. The greeting staff is friendly and welcoming and it’s what made me give them a try. My experience has made me decide that this place may not be my new happy place. My nail tech started off friendly but it quickly shifted to rude and just unprofessional behavior with him mumbling and conversation with his peers as they looked at my nails also. I appreciate the greeting staff/manager offering to fix it if I come back. I plan to go back to have my 70 service repaired just based on the cost and from there I’ll decide if I’m willing go back. But it’s not likely…I was just surprised at how comfortable the staff was with being disrespectful to a client. Service: Acrylic nails

I have gotten my nails done at less multiple times and normally there is no issues, their prices vary in a RIDICULOUS way but otherwise no issues. Today I went in looking to get picture A done, Sarah was able to get to me right away, and she took off my previous acrylics, but i’m doing so, she broke 2 of my natural nails and they started bleeding under the nail. One of the nails she broke she didn’t finish taking off the acrylic and put a new one on top (which was barely on my nail). Then she started putting on my nail polish and I told her 3 times it was blue not green like I was looking for and she said she would put another coat on and it would be green (obviously it was not). I then asked for a couple gems on one nail and I was told by the owner it would be an additional $10, when my nails weren’t even correct from the beginning, I explained this (while in tears) and they just kept saying it’s $70. I didn’t care to argue about it anymore as I was already crying so I left and ended up repainting my own nails. I will definitely not be returning. Service: Acrylic nails
