I have never in my life had a good experience at the post office until the moment I walked into the Sagamore Beach Main Post Office today. There was a blonde lady that had the most cheery attitude and was cracking jokes about the scratch and sniff stamps that are rolling out next week. She made my day and literally took my package with a big smile on her face. So great.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GET MAIL FROM, never on time with packages, Packages that were suppose to be delivered weren’t. Lack of communication. pitiful pitiful dont come here

Package was supposed to be sent to Sagamore but was incorrectly sent to Sagamore Beach. Instead of sending it to Sagamore they sent it to BOSTON?!?! Never again will I use USPS.

Worst experience ever! After not receiving my package, because they couldn't find my house. We have packages delivered nearly everyday... on a main road, and is not hard tip find. Things were made worst by Daryl Sampson from the main office. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix things. This man was very condescending and rude. If i could give this zero stars i would. Needs work on customer service.
