Good rest stop but it's time to make the bathrooms gender-free. There was a line for the one with "Women" on the door, but none for the "Men's". Because the bathrooms are absolutely identical in design, are single rooms with locking doors, there's no reason to have gender specific rooms. ~Jodi

I have never in my life had a good experience at the post office until the moment I walked into the Sagamore Beach Main Post Office today. There was a blonde lady that had the most cheery attitude and was cracking jokes about the scratch and sniff stamps that are rolling out next week. She made my day and literally took my package with a big smile on her face. So great. ~Colleen
Santander Bank
Poccasset is a great branch with great employees but santander bank is trash..i called customer service on mlk day to have one account linked to my debit card and the rep said i was all set. To make a long story short she actually put a perminate block on my accound blocking any and all access. Leaving me outside on the side of the road in 6 degree weather for 7 hours because i ran outa gas and couldnt access my money!! Made a complaint, mailed in a written complain to the corporate headquarters and all i got was a sorry😳🤦🏼♂️🤔sorry for sitting outside for 7 hours in 6 degree weather because ur rep screwed up?!?!?! Oh wait!! They were proud to say “ well sir we waved the $30 new card fee for u😳🤦🏼♂️😂 ahhhh duh dont u think thats a given since it wasnt me who put the block on my account?!?! See what i mean?!! Block and link dont even sound the same!!! Santander practices the moto of “ we make a mistake and the customer picks up the pieces”. I wont even talk about the back door fees or the “6 online transfer law” they fool customers into thinking! Not a law more of a regulation a bank can choose to the follow. With regilations u can choose if u wana follow a law u cant! They scare customers with the “ law” word to justify the back door fees! No law exsist and they know it, they tell u its a law but once u let them know u know its not a law they quickly confess its a regualtion! Needless to say santander is trash, my 3 accounts are in the process of being closed and im taking my business to another bank that doesnt practice theses tactics, or leave a customer stranded in the freezing cold and tell them sorry and think thats gona fix it! ~r
