Terrible nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure with regular polish existing on my nails. The lady filed the polish off of my nail, causing a layer of my nail to come off and start bleeding. She then put polish on top of the filed-off nail and applied it messy and clumpy. She then sent me to the other lady there who redid it but still did a subpar job. They then charged me $35 for my gel manicure, refusing to give me a discount after cutting me and damaging my natural nails. Do not make the mistake of going to this nail salon.

I was about to quickly run into this nail salon to get a mani pedi. Until I saw actual photos that people posted here of sloppy work. I will wait another day to hopefully find some place decent nearby. Suggestions? I was going to Nail 27 and will only see Elizabeth. Other than that. Horrible experience. The waiting an hour is ridiculous. Jumping from one customer to the next.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel manicure, the lady soaked my previous gel in a bowl of acetone and literally left me for 15 min while she went to go do a pedicure for someone else. It wasn’t until I had to literally ask where the hell she is for her to come back (the lady getting a pedicure was not happy) She then proceeded to take off my old gel polish by SHAVING it off which is NOT how you take off gel, she shaved so much that my nails literally started to burn! I went in with strong long nails and now they’re so paper thin and weak because of how much she shaved off. Her paint job was HORRENDOUS! The nails are so bumpy! The cuticles are not clean! Look at my pictures! My thumb is like so bumpy! ALSO THERE IS PREVIOUS light pink gel polish from my old polish that I see! The worst part! The owner, LIN, super rude and nasty told me they can’t fix my nails because they are busy. Mind you she told FOUR customers to come back in 30 minutes because they are busy. If you can take FOUR PEOPLE in 30 minutes you can definitely take me! I asked for a refund and she said they can’t process refunds and to come back at 7:30 (in 45 minutes) how does that make any sense??? Service: Gel manicures

I've been coming here for many years for pedicures with my parents, and overall I've had great experiences. It really depends on who you get to do your nails, like most places, some employees are better than others. The people that work here have always been kind and friendly towards us and my nails come out great. Timing is the biggest issue I think, even if you call ahead you end up waiting.

Came here with my dad and sister for pedicures. We called about 40 minutes before we wanted to come in for availability. We were taken care of very quickly even for a busy Sunday afternoon. The ladies did a great job with our pedicures. Clean, great massage, and affordable!

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this place was horrible!!! The lady was so rude and impatient. When I was trying to pick my color, she was rushing me. I tried to show her a picture of what I wanted from the OPI website and she had no idea what the color was and kept rushing me to pick a color. She did a horrible job filing my nails to the point where I was ready to take the filer and do it myself. My nails are so uneven. I got “gel nails” but my nails started chipping in less than 24 hours, and it’s not even like I was in the water or anything. My gel manicure that I paid $25 for didn’t even last me a week...honestly so pathetic.

Tbh I didn’t think it was going to be this bad. They had burned my friend and they also did my nails horrible. The day after my nails were already breaking off. There prices aren’t is accurate. If my other friend got acrylics and it was also bad. Her nails weren’t even straight. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go there because they did some good ones but I guess when I went they were having a bad day. Tbh idk it was baddd.

Client are always reviewing this place badly but usually, my experience is pretty good here. Loan does my nails and she is extremely precise, fast (but gentle), and cares about how well my nails turn out! When it comes to my nails, I’m extremely picky because who likes their nails looking a mess or less than perfect when you’re paying for them? My acrylics always turn out great when Loan does them. She is incredibly polite and very dedicated. She always lets me look at my nails before painting them to make sure everything is up to par!

So I walked into the salon to see them vacuuming at 7pm. I waited for them to tell me to come back later/they were closed but they asked me what I wanted to get instead. I wanted them to remove my acrylic nails and a manicure. I sat down and sensed the urgency of the everyone in the salon even though they're open until 8 so I said I'll just get the acrylic nails removed rather than a manicure as well. The lady was persistent in saying I should stay and that I need a manicure especially after getting acrylic nails removed. I was hesitant but I decided to stay. I even asked what time they're open until and she said 8 but they're not busy on Mondays so they leave early (???). She filed and buffed but when it came to applying the polish, she painted it in a matter of two minutes - very rashly. And then after she was done, she asked me if I wanted to leave or wanted to stay to let them dry. Like what??? Obviously I'm going to stay to let them dry! She told me I could only stay for a few minutes??? Drying is the most important part. It was only me and her in the salon even though it was 7:45 and she was rushing to get out. Thank goodness a mom and daughter popped in or else I would have been kicked our with wet nails. I just don't understand why you have certain hours if you decide to leave early. Either shorten your hours or stay until the time you've allotted. A lot of people come after work and would love to be pampered after a long day.
