I don’t know how to even explain the experience I went through yesterday. First time back in 4 years at this place. And now I know why I didn’t return, even that they are 3 blocks away from me, I do not drive. THE ACRYLIC NAILS EXPERIENCE WITH THE OLDER LADY.. A nightmare!!!!! Believe me!!!!! I was on the brink of tears. FIRST RED FLAG -She didnt glue my tips, she applied nail polish to stick them on!!! After that, all down hill. My cuticles CUT too far bleeding, swollen. She also cut and filed into my REAL NAILS. And not even worried, without a care in the world applied more acrylic to cover it up as if i wasn't present. The filing and handling was so rough, carefree and painful that I understood she is very unprofessional. She laughed and joked as if it was my fault WHEN I DECIDED TO TAKE THE FILE AND GENTLY FIX THEM MYSELF, “YOUR FINGER GO LIKE THAT” SO UNEVEN! (The other lady stepped in after she noticed my red face and watery eyes, FIXING MY OWN NAILS, but the damage was too much to TRY to fix for her. I work with a lot of people so I know when I read reviews about customers complaining, there are possibilities it WAS THE Customer who might have been a “karen” (sorry karen!) I AM THE MOST PATIENT AND PROBLEM FREE CLIENT. And when I am pushed so far , I calmly put my foot down. Had really enough when my fingers hurt way too much after washing my hands with soap…BEFORE COLOR APPLICATION! Sooo, I paid my 73$ (thats what they requested), with of course NO TIP… and I left !!! I will definitely 1000% not be returning and will NEVER recommend this place, not even if they are the last place on Earth. BE WARNED! Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I am so happy that I found this wonderful hidden gem in Fairview. It is a wonderful nail salon. Very clean, very professional and the owner is the nicest, sweetest person. She did a beautiful job with my gel manicure. I had a 2pm appointment and was taken immediately, without having to wait. I will definitely be returning for my manicures regularly.
