Went to upgrade my phone at this location where a representative named Christopher added a fraudulent line to my plan without my knowledge or consent afterwards. Have had to contact att fraud department because they would not resolve this issue within store. Austin Mahone that works there was very rude with customer service and not helpful with the fraud at all and threatening with police to cover himself. luckily customer service over the phone was able to see that I bought it from that location and who sold it so they were able to report it and get my money back to me. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES.

Terrible customer service manager hung up on me after not giving my grandparents their new account information. Very young Manager very unprofessional. Told me he was helping a customer so he couldn't help me. Do not go to this location they don't transfer the correct information information to you're phone. As well as if they are creating a new email for anyone they need to be giving the information to the customer, passwords and all.

Michael is a true asset to the AT&T Tewksbury store. His patience dealing with a full store of customers by himself was a level of professionalism and kindness that I have not seen to often in todays world

I came in to the store for two reasons. One was to have an employee put on a screen protector I purchased through AT&T. The salesman gave me a hard time about it and said he could not do it because he was not going to give me a second one if he made a mistake applying it. I've never an issue with a company putting on a screen protector for me at any Apple, Att, Verizon, or T-Mobile store. He was able to solve my second issue which was that the iPhone was not reading the SIM card. He had to replace it with a new SIM card.

I went to the Tewksbury AT&T store near closing time last night. My mother's phone was dropped and broken just hours before. I replaced her phone but needed it activated ASAP. It's that important to her. As I entered the store there was another customer being waited on. I noticed that the store rep was being extremely helpful and patient with him. I was anxious that time was running out. But not to worry. Jose to the rescue. That's the store rep's name that was so helpful, professional and courteous to the customer before me and to me as well. Mind you just minutes before closing time! I never felt I was being rushed along. He took his time answering my questions and doing his job thoroughly. The phone was activated and given a little charge as well. Thank you very much Jose for the peace of mind you gave my mother and me. See you again for our future cell phone needs. Tom

I went in today looking to switch from my previous provider. Jose and Joseph both helped me out and found me the best deal possible. I was able to get hooked up and out the door super quick. Great location and very professional. Highly recommend!
