Sunday state inspection quick and easy. Get there at least 30 mins before close to be courteous of their time. Nice guys! 🏽

They didn’t even fill my water fluid. I’m not even sure if they even change my oil. I wouldn’t recommend or trust this business. Service: Oil change

Guy had an attitude from the time I pulled in. Real Janky company. No professionalism at all. Treated me as if I was not spending money but as if I was bothering him by even being there. Do NOT bring your car here

This place is a total joke if i could give it 0 stars i would. i went for an inspection sticker and they failed me for windshield wipers (that work completely fine) and emissions when the car is over 15 years old therefore it doesn’t not have to pass emissions. According to the other reviews this place clearly has no idea how to do an inspection and fails people for no reason I went right down the street and passed no problem

I went for an inspection with an iffy e brake, only worked when it wanted to. So I expected to fail but could pass maybe. I left having him tell me I have an exhaust leak in my 21 year old car (which doesn’t have to pass emissions) and my wipers weren’t up to his standards I guess they are brand new and work fine…….. don’t go here

I wanted to share that I was completely disrespected and lied to , to upsell wiper blades during my first and last visit to sooner lube today (6/25/22 Approximately 9 AM). TLDR: Inspection / Oil Tech may start yelling at you and make you feel uncomfortable if your a new customer and have questions. Employee told me my inspection was going to be failed because my wiper blades were old ( I replaced them two months ago, work from home, don't drive..) & pressured into buying new ones. After reading mass state law (540 CMR 4) it is clear this is untrue and I was deceived. My wipers were in functional condition and all rubber was intact. I will be contacting the attorney general regarding their practices of intimidation being used to upsell parts. While pulling up for my first time to this location, I pulled up to ask a question from the oil tech in lot & was immediately shouted at to pick up a bay and pull in from a clearly irate employee... I started to ask my question regarding if all bays handled inspection ( unclear from exterior ), and employee continued to berate me as I pulled in. I made the mistake of pulling in to the bay, as I had believed I was instructed by this employee. He then starting screaming at me creating a rather uncomfortable situation for myself and other customers, which I think was a bit over the top considering it was an honest mistake. Short while later in waiting room, Employee told me they were going to fail me for my wiper blades if I didn't purchase a new set today. Not being educated in this regard of inspection law ( my mistake again), I bought the blades. After doing some research, I learned this was contrary to mass state inspection law and is a commonly used intimidation practice to sell wiper blades. I will be contacting the attorney general to inform them of this business's dishonest and intimidating practices. I will find a better quality honest business to patronize with my hard earned money that cares about the customer experience and honest business practices. Shame on you Sooner Lube. Service: Oil change

A place run by robots. Two times went there, first time for oil change, waited line for 45 minutes, then instead of taking my car in, the mechanic pulled a car from the parking lot and serviced before me, when asked, he replied, this is one of our car and we can service it before customer's cars. Second time I went there today for a state inspection, the lady waived to reverse further back, and I did, and she got back to work without telling me anything, I went in asking if I could have an inspection done today, she replied, "Registration on dash key in the car," did not say how long it would take, and she went back to work without waiting for a response from me. So I went back to the car, put the registration on the dash and waited only to see them pull another car from a oil change bay into the state inspection bay, and closed the bay door. Feeling hopeless, I starting leaving the place, from inside a guy waved me good bye. in total I wasted 65 minutes for them without a good communication, let alone any service.

This was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had with getting an inspection sticker/oil change. I thought I would try this location out and support a local small business---boy was I wrong. From the onset I was met with a rude employee taking my car in. The oil change portion was fine---albeit for them trying to sell me a cabin filter I did not need. The state inspection sticker was a different story. The person who was performing the inspection called me out of the waiting room and showed me a single streak left from my windshield wiper and told me that I needed to buy new ones--which they had for $25/piece--or I would be receiving a reject sticker. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my wipers. They gave me an "R" sticker and said I had 60 days to replace my wipers. When I was then paying for the services, I told the rep I left like I was being held hostage to buy products from them I did not want. I told the representative that I was trying to support a small business and based on the above I would not be returning. Their response---"good we don't want you to return." I then asked for the managers phone number/email so I could speak with them about the way I was being treated. The representative refused ---saying they did not want to give me the contact information of their boss. I drove .1 mile to Napa Auto Parts, replaced my wipers for $25---including installation--and returned to SoonerLube. At this point I was met with a significant amount more rudeness and frustration for me coming back. I watched from the waiting room as they looked at my vehicle--- they did not even try/look at the new wipers I had just purchased!!! I did take a video of my wipers prior to having them replaced. I will be reporting this to the Mass State inspection authorities as I do not believe proper training on what passes/fails is properly being administered at this shop. Furthermore, based on them not checking what they had just failed me for is further reinforcement they were just trying to sell me things I did not need. They knew my vehicle would have passed with my old wiper blades. If a manager/owner does read this-- I would like to speak with someone ASAP. I will update this review when I speak with someone in management from SoonerLube. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! JiffyLube is right down the street. Service: Oil change

In all honesty never go here. They will try and make you pay for expensive oil by mumbling what type of oil you want and will try and get you to pay for parts you do not need in your car. Go anywhere but here, and if you do make sure you know what you want before you go. I went here a week ago out of convenience and I will never step foot in here again. In regards to their response: They did not offer me various options. All he said was “Synthetic?” and walked away. Next thing I know I am being footed a $90 bill. They’re price options on the wall do not match up to what he said to me that day. I understand that it is my choice, but I should have been presented with a clearer understanding of what he was putting in my car.

Very bad experience! Went for an oil change and the staff were not friendly and the price was literally double that of the dealership. However, that’s not the reason for the bad review. I pulled out of the parking lot to look down at my arm rest and see it covered in oil! I immediately turned around and went back. I told them what happened and the guy who did the oil change (who was standing there talking on his cell phone) looked down at his jacket sleeve and saw it had oil all over it. The other man working told me to wait in the waiting room and they’d take care of it – but he never once apologized. The arm rest was wet when they gave the car back to me (in addition to my car smelling like oil) so it wasn’t possible to see if the stain was out. Sure enough, when it dried, the stain was not all gone. I called back (and again, no apology) the person on the phone told me to come in on a specific day and time and he’d take care of it. The whole reason of going to one of these places is the convenience of driving in without an appointment. I ended up buying cleaner and taking care of it myself. So not only did overpay for an oil change, but then I had to pay out of pocket to get the upholstery cleaner. On top of that, there was oil/grease all over the outside handle of the car.
