Best telecommunications service provider in Tewksbury, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Went to upgrade my phone at this location where a representative named Christopher added a fraudulent line to my plan without my knowledge or consent afterwards. Have had to contact att fraud department because they would not resolve this issue within store. Austin Mahone that works there was very rude with customer service and not helpful with the fraud at all and threatening with police to cover himself. luckily customer service over the phone was able to see that I bought it from that location and who sold it so they were able to report it and get my money back to me. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES. ~Justin
