I went it yesterday to get my husband's ring cleaned and the lady that helped me was so amazing she made me feel very welcomed and complimented me on my name and had such amazing energy.... this os by far is the best service I have received from Kay Jewelers 🙌🏽 will definitely be back to this location.

I want to return an item at Kays and was told I could not because it was more than 30 days. I did not look at my receipt I just looked online for their policy to make sure I was within the time frame and I was per this policy listed. When I went the store they told me I would not return it so I called corporate which I spoke to multiple customers service rep who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor…… moral of the story they don’t follow their own policy and Accommodate the customer when they make mistakes. I’ve been a customer for over several years but not anymore. P.S if you want to speak to a supervisor report them to the BBB.

The customer service at this location is impeccable. Staff takes their time with you and help make a decision that best for your budget.... I purchased a mothers ring and it was perfect... Also Joy Felton made sure that my purchase was satisfactory and went above and beyond to make sure we stay repeat customers... I recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a jeweler in Cleveland Ohio and surrounding areas.
