The Manager/ cashier Sonya or whatever her name is, the one with the red locs was so rude. Asked her a question for her give a ugly look and closed her window. Horrible customer service! Horrible! Never again. She applied for the job I’m sure no one made her. Do better Sonya

Night Shift Here Is Extremely Rude, They Have No Decent Customer Service. While The Front Booth Guy Was Laughing Like A Hyena At The Customers For Just Asking Questions. He Asked Me “Is The Menu Board Light On Back There” So I Said Yeah Then He Proceeded To Say Things Like “These Customers Need To Stop Asking Questions When It’s A Whole Menu Back There” Like Just Being So Nasty And Disrespectful. Then We Was Waiting In Line For About 20 Minutes Before Our Orders We’re Even Taken. A Little Advice Take Your Time Hiring Decent People And You Won’t Have To Worry About Being Short- Staffed Because Then The Customers Have To Deal With Things That Isn’t Even There Fault. Like If You Don’t Wanna Work GO HOME!!!!

Burger delicious and hot. Fries hard and cold. Closed my bag when exiting the drive-thru. Drive-thru was fast. A little over 9 bucks (I think) so paid 9 bucks for just a burger. Disappointed 😞.

I will not be returning to this location & I suggest that you don't go here either. The store is supposed to open up at 6:30 Monday-Saturday. When you pull into the parking lot, they seem to be closed each time. When you get to the drive through menu they act like no one is in there working, but actually they are in there not wanting to work. When they get on the mic, they act like your bothering them and really don't want to assist you. It's been a few times my food has been cold even thought it should be fresh, seeing its 7:00am and you just opened. I went there today & they said the was not serving food until 8am but you see people standing around doing nothing. We need to do better people. If you don't want to hire people to work, just close the dam store down, so another thriving business can make money.

Terrible Location! They need to go out of business. Staff has dry tones and terrible attitudes. I simple asked them to fix my order which they messed up and they acted as if I should just take what they gave me. I ordered a medium meal, I was given a very small drink cup which could have been given to a baby. I was told that they had no more medium cups so I had to take the extremely small value cup. Why wasn’t I told that when I ordered and was charged for a medium. Then she got an attitude and said she wasn’t going to give out a large because of management. I explained to them what sense does it make for me to be charged for a medium then given a value size because they didn’t have the correct cup. If that’s the case give me my money back or a bigger cup. How do you get an attitude about something that I’m paying for??! If the plan wasn’t to cheat me then why would you not tell me there were no medium cups when I ordered and they could not give me a large instead. They also forgot my fry and acted as if I had to deal with it. They need to be shut down ASAP!

Placed my order with extra dipping sauce which I was charged for and never received. When I called I was asked what would you like me to do about it? Really!! How about give me credit for the money I spent so next time I won't pay for extra sauce. It's not rocket science... It's fast food...

It was great food quality better than most. However a bit long of wait time at night with short staffing. But they handled well and did not disappoint when it came to how well they prepared the food.

I have been sitting here for over 15 minutes waiting on a doordash order. They are not even taking orders at the speaker, only dealing with one car at a time. Had a guy missing food that came back and they never even made his sandwich. There is several workers standing around on their phones. I would never recommend this Wendy's to anyone. I haven't even gotten the food yet.
