they’re always out of product so you can almost never get exactly what you want and they all have attitudes. mobile order is never accurate so half the time i show up to get my drinks and the cups are sitting empty with “see barista” stickers. i order before work, nobody has the time to be playing these games about coffee. i don’t know if it’s management that needs to be changed but everyone in there could use a pep talk on how to treat customers especially when your store never has anything in stock. i cry tears of happiness on the rare occasion they finally make my drink right because apparently you can’t get good coffee at a coffee store.

Ordered ahead a drink since it was the only store that let me. Drove 17mins just to find out they don’t have the stuff for the drink. Make it out of stock in the app, so people don’t have to waste their time.

I would rather go to the steelyard! They open up 15 minutes late. I look in the store and at four females chatting away! At least be stocking or look busy. And to make matters worse I still had to wait a few minutes for one drink. Like they conversation wasn't over! This is accurate I was there paying attention

I don't come here a lot but was there recently. Stood in the store for 7 minutes. There was no line inside. No one acknowledged my daughter and I. Finally asked them was anyone going to take our order and the reply was "oh I'm sorry, I didn't know you needed to order". Like what? Did you think we came in to be statues in the store? So rude! I don't think we will be returning to this particular Starbucks

Upon my entering the parking lot I noticed they were busy with cars wrapped around but that’s to be expected being still morning 10:00 a.m….. So I walked inside…. There I was greeted by a friendly face… I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair and was very pleasant. I tend to be the lady some might find annoying with the obnoxious orders… but being on Keto and disciplined wanting a strong cup of coffee you do what you have to do…. I ordered a Venti Cappuccino made with butter, half water half heavy whipping cream, 2 shots of Sugar Free Vanilla and an extra shot of espresso…. Btw… I haven’t had a Cappuccino in over a year so this was especially hopeful of being delish… Along with an order of the Bacon Guyre Bites…. I was in and out within 7 minutes…. My bites were heated all the way through… something other locations have had an issue with…. And my Cappuccino “Bulletproof” style was a great treat! I’ll be back for sure! Also tip your baristas ❤️

This is the WORST Starbucks on the planet. I hate going here. Disappointed EVERY TIME. The drinks are disgusting and the employees should seek other employment. They act as if their job is rocket science and they can’t make simple orders correctly. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Service is terrible and the quality of their products is lower than the bar that is already set in hell. Do not go here.

You have already paid for the drink now your drinks will be cold because you're in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes very unprofessional and not to mention they have been out of product a lot.. This company is definitely going downhill very sad situation. This is their employees. Definitely looks good.
