If I can give this shop a no-star rating I would.. took my car in for service ended up flat bedding my car out there shop what they did to my car I do not know they end up paying for the tow and say they was gonna give me me my money back. Also when I gave them my car repairs receipts they refuse to pay for my repairs my time off work and rental but it was their employee that messed up my car

If I can give this shop a no-star rating I would.. took my car in for service ended up flat bedding my car out there shop what they did to my car I do not know they end up paying for the tow and say they was gonna give me me my money back. TRASH!!! They changed my oil and put in the wrong oil! I went back 2 days later since my car was smoking and they broke my access panel and now I’m getting my car towed because it’s smoking so bad! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

The service was okay but when I try to tell the man that my car is 5000 miles he's still printed out my paperwork 3000 miles so that made me feel as though they didn't think I knew what I was talking about and wanted me to come back in three thousand miles

The technician was not customer focused at all. The experience was subpar for the price point. Manager have me a 50% off card for next time....maybe, maybe not

Horrible. I sat for 1 hour. Then, after I pulled in, the tech never approached me. Instead, he went over to a car in another bay, and started to help the tech, who was with a customer. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, the skinny older tech started to come to me, never apologized about the wait. Never checked my door to see what tire pressure, my car required. Very disappointed and will never come back. Sat 50 mins., and no apologies for the wait time. I thought I could get in and out, then say, thank you. Worst experience, ever

The final deciding factor is that I always get above average service, maybe not great service but consistently above average every time I visit. Let's face it, an oil change is expensive and you aren't going to get off any cheaper by coming here but you do get lots of perks. Besides good customer service, They offer free water bottles while you wait, top offs between oil changes, free air in your tires, and other little things that I'm sure I've forgotten. Plus they cater to us lazy people who don't like to get out of their car! :) my ultimate advice is to give them a try. They have many convenient locations. See for yourself.
