Since premier Bank acquired the assets of Home Savings and Loan my wife and I have experienced problems on several occasions of Premier's online banking failing to forward our payments to our creditors. This has resulted in those failures having our past due accounts sent to collection agencies. ****FOLLOW UP. We were forced to pay our latest past due account using our premier bank debit card. We asked the bank to stop payment on the online banking transaction, which was over a week old, since we did not want our funds wallowing around somewhere on the web. Premier Bank then had the audacity to charge us 37.00 to stop payment for their faliure to promptly pay our past due account they were responsible for!!!!!

I've been banking with home savings for almost 30 years but I'm seriously considering moving my business elsewhere. Here's a comparison of what we HAD versus what we have now. Let's start with the mobile banking app. The home savings app had fingerprint login which was super convenient. The premier app does not. The home savings app remembered you. The premier app forgets who you are so often that I've already had to reset my password 3 times. We used to easily be able to transfer funds and manage payees. With the premier app you gotta have a rocket science degree before you should even attempt to accomplish these things. We used to be able to easily deposit checks with mobile app, now you get 90% of the way through the process and it tells you that you're entering the wrong password. The fraud department is the only department actually working but they work too well. Any time I attempt to purchase something off the internet thats not from amazon premier flags it and rejects it which is extremely frustrating. The home savings app was simple, easy to use, and quick. The premier app feels like its from the 90s and its so antiquated that it barely makes sense. Let's move on from the obvious downside of the app. Lets hope to hell that you don't have a mortgage with premier because from what I'm told they've royally screwed those up too. The customer service department is terrible. If you have a problem (which you will) you have to call them because the employees at the branch locations cannot help. When you call them expect to be on hold for awhile and then when you do get a person they probably won't be able to help either. They'll probably give you the excuse they gave me and say that things are "in transition" and it'll take time to iron the kinks out. I thought when a company was bought out the company doing the buying had their stuff together more than the company they're buying. But in this case thats not accurate. For some reason some branches are open till 6 others only until 4. Figure that one out.... I used to be able to spend whatever I wanted when I wanted as long as I was in the country. Now I have a "limit" that I have no idea what it is, and they seem to randomly reject things without reason or cause. The list keeps going but I'm getting tired of typing. Hopefully they get it together asap because people are leaving this bank quicker than Usain bolt. Have a good day. Hope this helped

The bank employees are fantastic.very nice good people. Ever since premier took ownership of home savings everything is terrible. There app is out dates mortgage break downs are misleading. Everything about there switch is outdated and a joke.

Great branch..the tellers and branch manager were very helpful with my business....I would HIGHLY recommend this branch.....good service ,greeted ,Covid standards met{masks, signs posting 6 feet and hand sanitizer was available}
