Walked in 2 different times instead of calling up there customer service or trying to help with the problem they just told me to go do it myself. Also with the wait time of people being on break or not in the store one times I have come up here I would say your better off not going in and just calling the online provider. If you want to get a general idea of what would be acceptable for a loan you can always call ahead. They are very friendly and will offer you suggestions for what can be accepted for a loan. I've had issues but management has resolved the problems. If you are a reasonable person this can be a good place to do business. ~William

You place an order ahead for in store pick up and the doors are locked you have to go through the drive-thru. You have already paid for the drink now your drinks will be cold because you're in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes very unprofessional and not to mention they have been out of product a lot.. This company is definitely going downhill very sad situation. This is their employees. Definitely looks good. ~Jessie

Placed my order with extra dipping sauce which I was charged for and never received. When I called I was asked what would you like me to do about it? Really!! How about give me credit for the money I spent so next time I won't pay for extra sauce. It's not rocket science... It's fast food... ~Cathy

The guys at this location take pride in their work. You can tell they enjoy working together and are very friendly to the customers. I get free oil changes through my car rewards program, buy when I don't want to wait I will pay and go here. ~Stacey

I thought I was going to go on here and give a horrible review for the work I was getting done, because I didn't think they would get it right. But I was %1000 WRONG. I have a 2003 4 runner sport edition. I have had everything from front axles to back drums, to all kinds of lines needing fixed and they got together. Have to say this is the best shop I have ever been to and I won't let anyone else work on my truck. The manager Eric is the best, and he is fair! And willing to work with you, if needed. I went it yesterday to get my husband's ring cleaned and the lady that helped me was so amazing she made me feel very welcomed and complimented me on my name and had such amazing energy.... this os by far is the best service I have received from Kay Jewelers 🙌🏽 will definitely be back to this location. ~Vanity
