Went in to use the public notary and the guy named PAUL refused to notarize a document making up a policy that is was for members only-not true. He then was arrogant and said he doesn’t have to do anything if he doesn’t feel like it, by far the most unprofessional employee this bank could have. This was all after him making me wait 30 minutes while he made a personal call sitting in his car. The cooperate number i called was outraged by PAULS arrogant horrible attitude. Needless to say don't be a PAUL ~Chris
