Not a Chase customer, but a technician doing work at this branch. I've installed about 200 ATMs, all Chase, and this branch is by far the best I've been to. The employees are very helpful and patient, which is always helpful for what we do. I would recommend anyone to come give this branch a try, you won't regret it.

Took my mother in law to her 🏦 bank. Today.

They told me I had to mail in my bonds to cash them in. I went to another Chase bank location and they were able to do it no problem in-person without the hassle of mailing.

Horrible customer service for YEARS. Choose another location if you want to stick with Chase. The treatment I’ve gotten at this location has made me re-evaluate using Chase all together.

Don’t be expected to be treated with any type of respect. Every time I need help I end up leaving frustrated and embarrassed.

Definitely the worst bank in North Canton. The customer service you receive is in direct proportion to the amount of money you have. The tellers are unfriendly and even though I have been going there for many years they treat me as though I were there to please them. A case in point: I recently was in the area and wanted change for a twenty dollar bill. The teller who had serviced me enough in the past to know that I was a customer of that bank required me to not only insert my debit card into the reader but also to show her my drivers license. An humiliating experience all for a lousy twenty dollar bill. If you happen to be a retired senior citizen who is just getting by I would recommend that you find another bank for the money you worked a lifetime for.

Very frustrating and poor attitude! We went to them as customers for an international transaction. The young man at the office desk assured us he had done this many times and that he knew what he was doing. He screwed up royally! First when we counted out the large sum of cash onto the desk he watched us count it but did not count it his self (so I thought he agreed) however when he came back from the tellers window on the other side of the room he claimed that it was $50 shy. The little git! Then to make matters worse he put my wife down as the receiver of the fund as well as the sender!!! So the money kept bouncing back and forth internationally until someone spotted the error. His response when we asked what the hell he had done (3 days later): well you signed it its not my fault! What a creep! No responsibility taken. No:" I am sorry". Just "its not my fault".
