Best bank in North Canton, Ohio (OH) 2024

Walked in and first spoke with a lady that was very kind. I needed to replace a debit card so she then advised me to then to wait for another gentlemen. I waited for 10 minutes while he stood there and what looked to be doing nothing after 10 minutes passes I then ask him how long it would take to get a debit card and he was very rude and said 5 minutes!! I just don't understand he wasn't waiting on anyone else how is it that we the customers time isn't important? I'm usually patient but with a better than attitude I walked out ~Carey

Not a Chase customer, but a technician doing work at this branch. I've installed about 200 ATMs, all Chase, and this branch is by far the best I've been to. The employees are very helpful and patient, which is always helpful for what we do. I would recommend anyone to come give this branch a try, you won't regret it. ~Jared
