Al Brodeurs is amazing! From start to finish. The price was perfect, very affordable for what I was having done to my VW Jetta. They even offered me a ride to and from the day of my servicing so I didn’t have to walk or spend extra money on an Uber. Everyone was very nice and polite. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My Nissan driver door makes squeaking noise (no wonder with the poor constructed plastic frame), dealer quoted me $300. I tried Al Brodeur's. The lady at front explained it's a simple job, she wouldn't charge me for it. And 10 minutes later, it's all fixed. I appreciate the honesty and generosity. Al Brodeur’s Body Shop in Marlborough, MA did an outstanding job with required repairs to my vehicle following an accident. Replaced front grill and right quarter panel. Even took it to a dealer to properly have radar sensors calibrated. Also detailed the car in and out. Like picking up a new car again. And they delivered the car 2 days ahead of their original estimate. Hope I’m never in another accident, but if I am, Al’s is where I’ll have repairs done. They made it so easy to handle an insurance claim. Rental car pickup and drop off on site. Status updates came via text. They even cleaned & vacuumed. Bottom line, the repair was immaculate.
