Update- The owner of Sega Auto has gone above and beyond to reach out to me and offer to help the situation.Rare these days to have such honesty.He didnt try to blame anyone.We just figured out it was due to poor timing when I bought the car(right around Christmas 2021) and they were closing down for the holidays. Ask for Gilson! He's the guy at Sega!

He was generous with his time and answered every question kindly. I looked all over MA and NH for a car for a month! His cars had great value, and he let me test drive many before making a decision. The vehicles also have the CarFax history which help alleviate some of the uncertainty. Gilson and his Team are very friendly and willing to work with you. Gilson encouraged any questions that I had and even offered a test drive to my personal mechanic within a reasonable distance. There best quality is there transparency. They were very clear during the price breakdown throughout the purchase. Nothing was hidden or dismissed, which is of great value nowadays when making bigger financial choices like these. If I had to purchase another vehicle, I’d be more than happy to do business with them again.
