I recently had a problem with my debit card for my business. It had been compromised and had to be cancelled. I was told that I'd be receiving a new card within 7-10 days. 20 days went by and still no card. I called the Malden Century Bank and spoke with Carmen. Carmen did an outstanding job getting the situation cleared up and putting a RUSH on my new debit card. I am very thankful for her assistance. Thank you Carmen!!

I love this bank and their staff....Everyone is always so friendly. Also, they never have customers at the drive thru's waiting long periods of time..They move right along....The other bank in everett is terrible for sitting long periods and WAITING, sometimes 15 minutes or longer...I try to avoid that branch, but the malden, mass branch is nothing but great!!!

This Century bank branch is my favorite, the people are nice, the parking lot is huge, the drive thru is really fast. The location is convenient, I've had my saving account with Century Bank since I was a child, if comparing to another bank like Bank of America go with Century you won't be disappointed, thanks Century for helping me save money..

Once a central operation location for the Sloan Family and their staff, Century Bank and Trust in Malden has maintained a hometown feel to this branch location through the years. As a former employee and resident of Malden in the 1980s and 90s, this wasn't only a place of employment and financial institution -- But the very managers and tellers were locals as well as very much like family. This feeling of family remains and the staff is very friendly as well as helpful. I just called asking about direct deposit an asked a few questions about there servies an how much they charge monthly an also how much you have to have to open a bank account an a few other questions an the lady i spoke with was extremely rude an said i was asking to many question this is by far the worst bank an there employees suck so rude 140 ferry st i do not recommend the female i spoke with was by far the worst im not rude so im not gonna put her name out there but all i can say is there not geting my business
