Best bank in Malden, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I've been trying for several days to make an appointment online for face-to-face service at this bank branch and I can't. Today, June 3rd, I came to the bank and I couldn't get an appointment. I stayed in the checkout line for more than 40 minutes and I wasn't answered, I couldn't speak to the manager because I didn't have an appointment. I have had a bank account at bank of america for over 8 years and I notice that in the last two years the quality of service has been very poor. I recommend this bank 1/10. ~Carlos

I recently had a problem with my debit card for my business. It had been compromised and had to be cancelled. I was told that I'd be receiving a new card within 7-10 days. 20 days went by and still no card. I called the Malden Century Bank and spoke with Carmen. Carmen did an outstanding job getting the situation cleared up and putting a RUSH on my new debit card. I am very thankful for her assistance. Thank you Carmen!! ~Howard
