This shop is the BEST! If you are looking for a mechanic who is honest, skilled, hard working and above all values his customers, stop searching and take your car to Sergio's now!!! I used them in the past for the wheel bearing replacement and Sergio did an excellent job: diagnosed the issue that another shop was unable to diagnose, fixed it in no time and all for a reasonable price. He also followed up with me a week or so later to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. During the most recent blizzard, my car wouldn't start because of the bad starter. AAA was directing me to use their approved shop and i spoke with a few in my neighbourhood who wouldn't share their rates or give me quotes unless I tow the car to them. I called Sergio who gave me two quotes dependent on the parts I wanted to use, we agreed on the price and I got the car towed to his location. He called me the same afternoon to say the work was done. I wasn't able to pick the car up for another two days and he stored it for me, no problem. When i was finally able to come get it- he started my car a bit earlier to warm it up and help loosen the ice. He even helped me clean the car before taking it off the lot. I've been trying for several days to make an appointment online for face-to-face service at this bank branch and I can't. Today, June 3rd, I came to the bank and I couldn't get an appointment. I stayed in the checkout line for more than 40 minutes and I wasn't answered, I couldn't speak to the manager because I didn't have an appointment. I have had a bank account at bank of america for over 8 years and I notice that in the last two years the quality of service has been very poor. I recommend this bank 1/10. ~Carlos

I recently had a problem with my debit card for my business. It had been compromised and had to be cancelled. I was told that I'd be receiving a new card within 7-10 days. 20 days went by and still no card. I called the Malden Century Bank and spoke with Carmen. Al Brodeurs is amazing! From start to finish. The price was perfect, very affordable for what I was having done to my VW Jetta. They even offered me a ride to and from the day of my servicing so I didn’t have to walk or spend extra money on an Uber. Everyone was very nice and polite. Worst store ever, that guy "Moe" worst customer service I've seen. Since I got inside the store I was standing by the front entrance carpet and he ORDERED me to remove myself from the carpet like if I was on a military camp or alike... Went looking for help and when I was asking about something he interrupted me with a loud "SIR" and proceeded to repeat to me his point on the conversation... absolutely no help from that guy. He shoukd work with machines or dogs, definetely not people. UPDATE: After my review received the email from Area Manager who expressed his concerns and tried to help me, this looks like an attempt to get stuff right thus why I would given 3 stars out of 5 and the chance of coming back again and try them again. ~Willy

Came in on a Tuesday at midday for an inspection. I was able to fit this into my work day with no issue as there was no line and they were efficient getting me in and out. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. ~Nicholas
