The associates name tate on Malden ma tmobile deliver great customer service above and beyond unlike the other tmobile store at revere ma located near rmv u called for a phone to hold because your on the way to buy it, then 5mins later when ur on the store they will tell u that they sold it... even telling u that u called the wrong store fortunately the person who answered the phone was there and she's the one who told me she sold it after I called.. within 5 mins to pick it up..

Worst store ever, that guy "Moe" worst customer service I've seen. Since I got inside the store I was standing by the front entrance carpet and he ORDERED me to remove myself from the carpet like if I was on a military camp or alike... Went looking for help and when I was asking about something he interrupted me with a loud "SIR" and proceeded to repeat to me his point on the conversation... absolutely no help from that guy. He shoukd work with machines or dogs, definetely not people. UPDATE: After my review received the email from Area Manager who expressed his concerns and tried to help me, this looks like an attempt to get stuff right thus why I would given 3 stars out of 5 and the chance of coming back again and try them again.

These people are animals here. I thought the reviews were exaggerated but they are not. Customer service doesn't exist at this store. If you need any help avoid this location. They are rude nasty and don't care. Absolutely awful.

Very terrible service. It takes 1 hour on average for each customer to handle even a simple business. The other day, I went there just for purchasing a new sim card. One staff member who had no business at hand came to me. He answered every question of mine by saying "sorry, I don't know"! I turned to other staff, they rudely asked me to wait. 30min later, I asked one of them, a female staff, how much longer it will take to issue the problem at hand. She just alarmed me to stay back! What?! Did she think I was aggressive to beat her? And another female staff kept whispering dirty words to me!

I brought a phone into this location that I purchased on line and asked if they would be able to help me, the staff is all commission based so by helping me the person is potentially loosing money. The young man was still very happy to help me and needed to get all my information to help me activate my phone. I expected a big push on selling me other products upgrades on my existing account you know all the normal heavy pressure sales. Not at all this young man gave me the expected time it was going to take. He asked if while it was porting over if he could help another customer. While he was helping me and of course I said no problem. He never left me alone even while helping the other customer he continued to check the process and keep me updated on what was next. He suggested a screen protector that I was going to buy and went over the insurance options. I can't tell you how amazingly helpful this young man was. I absolutely forgot his name or I would have referred to him by name but he does have 2 little girls 8 months old and a 2 year old. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition and I will be buying lunch for him on Friday. Thanks for going above and beyond @t-mobile 04-07-2021

This place ,or better, the people working at this location doesn’t deserve a single star!!! I had to give 1 I’m a new T-Mobile costumer,I had a problem caused by a bad setup done by a guy on a different store, the lady that was working here just told me,if you didn’t switch your plans at this store, I don’t care. If have to go to a T-Mobile store, do your self a favor,find another one. North gate in revere, the guy solved my problem in 15 minutes.
