Any time my shipments are with UPS Freight, it takes 10x as long as other carriers. SOOOO bad! Sitting in GJ, a short 30 miles away, and takes two weeks just to leave their facility. This time their excuse was weather. We got a quarter inch of snow. This shipment has almost been a month from leaving the warehouse. It still has not arrived. AWFUL

There are no words to express how frustrating giving a freight tracking number to a robot is. If I could put a zero for stars, I wouldn't hesitate.

I have had a package stuck 90 miles away for almost 3 weeks, and I keep getting excuses that they don't ship to us everyday...however..AGAIN...it has been almost 3 weeks, and I still do not have my shipment. I have placed 4 phone calls to the service center...all telling me my shipment will ship the next day. However...you can tell by the 4 calls...NONE of the calls have helped. I get the same story each time I call...but nothing gets done. VERY FRUSTRATED. My customer is now going elsewhere, and I am tuck with the cost of this freight AND GOODS. WILL NEVER recommend to anyone, and will request NONE of our shipments go through T-Force

This place is horrible! They delayed my freight twice while in route, then it sat at their dock for 10 days more after it arrived at the destination city warehouse. I called multiple times trying to track down a delivery date, no response. Messages left not returned, etc. Called again finally got ahold of someone, they said that they don't have a liftgate truck. I paid extra for a liftgate and now, they don't have one? I went down to the facility to pick it up because of that and when I got there the package was horribly damaged. Looked like it had been backed over by a truck. They were 100% nonapologetic. So it took 20 days (in transit) from Ohio to Colorado for them to not deliver a completely destroyed shipment. Kuddos!! The worst of the worst

Exceptionally poor service. They hold shipments for up to 21 days; says they have a large area to cover. I tell them I want my product that I ordered in a timely manner- that is what they are getting paid to do. Spoke with Brittany, and when I asked for a Manager to speak to, she hung up on me.

Never believe the shipping dates out of Grand Junction. They will hold your jobs and supplies hostage until it suits them to get their shipments out. If your computer tracking says Tuesday, and they got your package Saturday, then they'll sit on the that delivery over a week! Completely unacceptable service. AND THEY COLLECT FULL PRICE!

Was super worried I wasn't going to receive both of my packages and the corporate office routed me to this location at 7pm. Received a call from one of the ladies here and she was so incredibly sweet and followed through to make sure I got my package before 8pm. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very, very impressed as I thought I wouldn't receive it tonight. Thank you, Grand Junction UPS!!

Had an item that was suppose to ship on a Friday, by the end of the day nobody had showed up or called. I called customer service and was told my pick up date was changed from Friday to the next Thursday and nobody let me know of the change. It is now Thursday and the truck was suppose to be here between 12:00pm - 5:00pm. It is 7:00pm now and I'am still sitting at work waiting for the truck. Customer service told me they would be here before 5:00pm, then they told me twice the truck was in route to my location but I still haven't loaded a UPS truck!

I had a shipment that I REALLY needed to get by Wednesday. The truck didn't come to my rural area until Friday although it was delivered to a large facility about 2 hours away by Wednesday. Brenda, out of the Grand Junction office listened to my plea, contacted Denver and figured out how it could be loaded out of that area on a truck for first unloading in Grand Junction and reloaded for same day delivery. She made it work and the shipment is on the truck to be delivered today, Wednesday. Please give Brenda a raise! Well deserved and big cudos to UPS. That's what I call 5 star Customer Service. Thank you, thank you.
