Worst service ever in both register at the front and register at the pharmacy. Online it says it’s open at 9am and my husband goes inside and asks if the pharmacy is open and the cashier tells him” it opens at 10 am can’t you read.!” Literally this lady had the audacity to tell a customer if he can’t read. Imagine if someone didn’t know how to read and this women would have made such an offensive remark. Then the cashier at the pharmacy was rude and told me they don’t have my insurance on file and can’t give me my meds unless I pay out of pocket. I told if she could look me up on ~AD

Great customer service easy to get in/out, affordable I tried this location for the first time, loved it! The staff provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming to this location going forward. The asst mgr from the 20th st location did not allowed me in with my vehicle for reasons not stated in the terms of agreement. although I was going there for years. I had ordered Birthday donuts for my daughters 10th birthday I called 3 days in advance to make sure I was able to get them. I showed up to pick up my order and no order had been made I hadn’t received a phone call saying that they couldn’t make it or anything and when I asked why the order didn’t get made if I had ordered it wrong the response was no the baker just didn’t do! Very unprofessional and it ruined my daughters 10th birthday she didn’t want a cake all she had wanted was donuts for her and her soccer team. Supper disappointed with the service I received! No one tried to make it right there wasn’t even an apology! ~SanTangla

Since they put in the self checks no one seems to want to work. Twice I waited in line and when I got up to the register I was told it was closed. Both times no one was behind me so they could have just finished the last customer in line before closing the register. One of those times that they told me the register was closed, I went to the next cashier and was told to go to the self check out. After that I started using the self checks every time I went to Dollar Tree. The last time I went to the store I was watched like a hawk as I was ringing up my items at the self check. The store clerk was standing a few feet away from me and making it obvious that she was watching me. The clerk even called over the intercom to security for a security check. At that point I was pretty insulted and asked the clerk if she thought I was stealing? I talked to this same clerk later on the phone after I returned home who identified herself as "The Manager" She said, "I made myself look guilty like I was stealing by looking at her while in the self checkout." I think with Dollar Tree raising their prices and treating customers like this that they will be the next store going out of business. I can get things cheaper at Walmart anyway and they won't treat me like I am a thief there. ~Jennifer

I have bought more than a few items from this location and I love the staff. Always so helpful and kind! They will help with any budget and situation. If you're a reliable customer who pays their bills these guys become family! 10/10 recommend!!! ~Silencia
