The service here is the worst since Jenny left. Long lines, rude pharmacists and the lack of knowledge is just scary. Not sure what happened to a once well run operation here but WOW

Jenny is greatly missed. The crew there now is unfriendly and rude. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE RUDENESS.. They have nothing to say unless they have to ask you a question. No hello, nothing, just stand there and look at you.The mask wearing is a power trip for the pharmacist. You put the mask on and pull it down under your chin and you can have your medicine. Otherwise you can't have your meds. I'm not sure who looks more stupid the pharmacist or the customer. Won't be returning again. Stopped using them about 5 yrs ago because of employee rudeness. Will stop again.

The Safeway Pharmacy crew is knowledgeable, fast, cheerful, and efficient! They are more than ready to answer questions, help with insurance, fax doctors for refills, or look up prescriptions. Their leader, Jenny Beyhan is personable and polite. I highly recommend this professional and skilled pharmacy!
