It was OK. Didn't have a very good selection. I couldn't find my holistic dog food Health Extension which is an amazing food. You need more Holistic items in the store. I did find a great treat for my friends cat. Small bits of real Fish.

Even though they did not have the dog food I needed , The assistant was very helpful and trying to find me an alternative.

Got here at the last 7 minutes they were open, all though my dog must see a vet that part was closed BUT!! They were assisting a family with a dog and at this point they were supposed to be closed, the family were in very much need of their expertise and they continued to guide them for everything they needed/ asked for, they did have a temporary option for what I needed and then product failed to scan so I had to wait until the manager could fix the problem. Needless to say there were two female employees there and both were super nice and friendly and didn't hesitate to assist even after closing time! One of them even reopened the door to give the other customer something that they forgot to grab! Great hospitality and great service!!!!...

Brought my dog for nail grind. Did not have a scheduled appt and was taken in about 15 minutes. Like everything the price increased from $15 to $19. But still so worth it to me. The girls do great work and are so good with the animals. This is the only service I've ever used for my dog and I'm so grateful they do it.

My friend and I went to PetSmart to buy some fish for her fishtank. We had just left another pet store where we had bad service. Callie in the fish department was wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable. She took her time and helped us with everything. Jacqueline in the check-out area was also super nice and funny. These two ladies made our evening. The fish tanks were clean, not crowded, and well-stocked with fish that were not available at a few other stores we went to.

Petsmart is always welcoming to my fur babies. They carry a wide variety of items toys foods and treats. Its very conveniently located next to our vet office. The ladies who work there are all very sweet. Petsmart is a little pricey but i cant find my puppy clothes anywhere else.

Can't share enough glowing reviews. Niki got groomed by October..who she knows and loves now. She goes in joyfully enjoys her experience and always looks adorable

Grooming: Excellent service and great staff. I took my BMD in for a bath with a deep conditioner. Very clean happy pup!

I wish the prices at the store were not so high but the Furbaby Salon does a good job. We've gone twice and left happy both times.

Pet smart is fun to shop. My mini schnauzer picks out her own toys. The grooming salon staff listens to what you need for your pet and deliver. I give them all 5 stars
