2 stars (working on 1). I was in the Baytown Garth road shopping complex and decided to stop by this Old Navy to shop for some items. Clothes were all over the place. It was a tax free weekend so that is understandable. It was a Saturday and I could tell they were short staffed, understandable. I remember the female manager with glasses even speaking to me as I 🛍 shopped. I found my items and went to the checkout line. I heard the same glasses wearing female Manager tell one of her subordinates to open another cash register. So this one semi blonde small girl went to her register and stood there. I had a person in front of me being helped already. As soon as that person finished, the cashier already working called me up. The semi blonde cashier then called out that she could help the next person in line after me. Terrible customer service and I felt violated. It left a bad taste in my mouth because the discrimination was so clear. Next time, if there is one, I will make corporate aware of the pee poor discriminatory service I'm receiving from their establishment. In the meantime, back to Marshalls !!!

Should be - 5 stars. I went to the local Old Navy Store to inquire about an online order. On crutches waiting in line, finally get to register 20 minutes later. Of course the young lady at the register act surprised that I'm on crutches, I dismiss that too unbelievable. I show the young lady my order number and the address needs the apartment number, she calls Escobar the Manager, the young lady tells him that I have and online order; he really doesn't care and tells me, you will have to call the 1-800 number and tell them about your order. I left and called the 1-800 number and Peter was of no help, he says the order has been shipped and Old Navy cannot add the apartment number to the order. However, Peter did not understand that asking me the call center script questions was not for that situation. After several minutes of speaking with Peter he begins laughing at me, I then ask for a supervisor at this time I knew my call would be on hold for a good amount of time (10 minutes). It is a strong possibility that the name Peter was given as a false name. I remember now why I stop shopping at Old Navy and GAP and Banana Republic the customer service is lousy. Order will be going back.

Useless is the first thoughts of this store. I wanted to inquire about an online order, I stood in line for over 15 minutes and the girl was not helpful, just apologized for my broken ankle. The Manager Escobar was just as rude, "call the 1-800 number they will help you, there is nothing we can do." He turns and walks away from me in a dismissive manner. Not going back to Old Navy and it affiliates. To date still have not received online order after 3 weeks. Peter at the 1-800 was just as useless.

Went in to get early Christmas gift last week, ladies were super helpful I definitely recommend if men are looking for Christmas presents for the wife to step in at this location. The cashier was extra patient with me and very nice. Awesome team !

Old Navy's are usually all the same. This location is one of the clean ones you always hope they are. Employees are around and mostly helpful. Dressing room is in attended so it's a go get all your changes alone. That could improve but mostly one of the better old Navy's. Happy shopping ❤️

This will be the last time I shop in this store. The cashier was extremely rude when I asked if they had any online coupons. Most retail establishments like to help their customers save money. So long Old Navy, your clothes are cheaply made and overpriced anyway.

I like to do black Friday shopping here. They always have a 50% off sale and I can always find plenty of clothes in styles and sizes that fit me. I love that they are pretty size inclusive.

Liked this location. They had a wide variety of men's, women and children's clothing. There are also having a huge clearance sale on the day I went. Would definitely return to this location again. This location is inside of a strip mall area just off of Garth and could easily be missed.

I love old navy, but this store is sad. Every single time I go into this location it is a WRECK! Everything is always on the wrong size hangers, in the wrong section, sale items are in very misleading places, the service SUCKS.... I went into the store on New Year’s Eve, hardly any long sleeves or sweaters, but we were loaded on shorts and short sleeve v necks....It’s still cold out??? Like everyone knows it has just started to cool here..... I really was shocked when I went into the store, the lack of organization, and the lack of selection on anything really is pathetic.

I don't know if I went on a good day, new management or if it was the ladies working at the time I went but I went on a mission and I got what I was looking for quickly! The store was organized and it was easy to look for what I needed. The last time I went just about everything was messy and I lost interest in shopping and left empty handed. But the last few times I've gone it's been clean!
