Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need, even if it means ordering online. Courtney and Diane were beyond friendly and helpful on my last visit! Love the clothes here - they have that “little something” special and most are made of quality fabrics. Athleta is one of my favorite stores now. ~Kristin

horrible customer service, they never seem to know anything what so ever and if they're not the ones that helped you on your purchase they won't help you at all if you have any questions. The 2 girls working today in the morning were very rude. Regret getting a line with Metro it's just a waste of money. ~Sandra

Literally never open! I have came to this place multiple times just to be turned away by a locked door. You can not call yourself a convenient store if you consistently inconvenience your customers. ~Keagon

Great store. Many items to chose from, something for everyone. Upon entering the store, the staff greeted me, and offered assistance if needed. The check out process was simple. There are a few items that are above the standard fivebelow price, and they are clearly marked to avoid confusion. ~AJ

Katy went beyond her duty at the store and went out of her way to help me. She got my phone adjusted when I didn't know how. She was very patient and nice with me. She is the he most helpful person I've met yet with cricket that has been willing to help me. ~Jerry

I definitely got screwed over picking up a pair of phones and watches. Worked with a guy named Todd. My monthly total is different from the amount that was initially explained to me, by a significant amount. I previously made an attempt to give the opportunity to remedy some of the situation and was even given the representative’s personal number, however that lead nowhere. I’ve only had T-Mobile my entire life and this is the one time I’ve had a negative experience purchasing devices. The rest of the reviews seem pretty consistent with my experience so don’t be the next bad review. Save the headache and go to a different location. ~Jay
