horrible customer service, they never seem to know anything what so ever and if they're not the ones that helped you on your purchase they won't help you at all if you have any questions. The 2 girls working today in the morning were very rude. Regret getting a line with Metro it's just a waste of money.

Poor Customer Service rude salespeople just try to sell highest cost plans. Do not have any of free phones in stock. Misleading and erroneous information given to customers. Stay away!

Worst store on the planet. This store is owned by Xclusive Trading and be aware of their civil theft practices because they own many other stores. They take your money and don't apply it to your account. Then you have to go back to the store in person because they don't answer the phone and the number on the receipt is a disconnected number. Even after returning to the store in person, the employee doesnt know how to solve the problem, cant refund the money and forcing you to lose the money or spend a bunch more money to sue them. Worst store on Earth. You've been warned.

Never opened when it says you can see them in there chitchatting but they won't unlock the door. Location number is disconnected when the door is locked and they're hanging out... Odd

I had the honor of being serviced by Ms. Alejandra. She was very helpful and always kept my needs a priority. I was having issues for over 2 months trying to work with another location to get a line that I was paying for to work. After speaking with her she was able to get the phone working with no issues and helped us with an upgrade. I was not able to find a way to giver her a review on the company site, but her level of customer service was beyond expectations and greatly appreciated! Thanks Alejandra!!!! :-)

Such a poor, unreliable phone service has Metro by T-Mobile. Most the time I do not receive calls or texts. This store is so understaffed as well and I am experiencing a long wait time. Do not recommend

The young lady at the store was very nice and polite. I went to the store with my 82 year old mother who was upgrading her phone. The young lady did open the box and put the phone and case on. The problem is she didn't transfer any contacts or any other information off the old lhone.
