We placed an order for a bar console in November and it was expected to be available in January. There were delays and we were finally able to schedule a warehouse pickup for 03/18/22. The packaging appeared to be damaged at the warehouse, marked that it is an Exchange, and the box was open as well. The logistics guys at the warehouse assured us that the item is not damaged and that they have removed the packaging for “inspection”. We got home and as expected, the console was damaged. There are cracks everywhere, pieces of wood chipping off, the doors don’t close properly, the top was stained, and the quality in general is very poor. We wasted a lot of time and energy waiting and going to the warehouse to pick it up - the console is pretty heavy! 100% would not recommend to anyone.
Also Crate and Barrel does not accept and post negative reviews on their website. ~P
