So many jeans...man I haven't been to an Old Navy in forever. Everything was nice and clean and organized. Arrived right at opening so clothes were all perfect in stacks. I will complain though about the high stacked jeans. The stacks of pants are about 1-2 ft high, all the same pair of pants in each pile and there is about 40+ piles. Well I am not all bones and have a little extra so digging under a sometimes 2 ft high pile of jeans to find my size is not fun. Especially when surrounded by more piles of jeans. The nicely stacked jeans don't look so nice after trying to dig for a size 12 and up. ~Crystal

I love Ulta but unfortunately the hairstylist did not deliver when it came to my hair color and layers that I wanted. Prior to starting I asked if I would be able to get the ash brown color desired because of how dark my hair is. They assured me that they would be able to and so we continued with the process. Well after toning it twice, they were still not able to get to the color that I had requested. My hair now has very yellow blond streaks running through it and I am sad to say that I wasn't happy with the experience, because the person its self is amazing. Now I have to pay more money in order to get to what I originally wanted or walk around looking like a bumble bee. ~Estefania

I called about 7 places to be turned away, my Yorkie was suffering from a seizure and it wouldn't stop. They admitted him right away and started treatment. The staff was so kind despite me balling my eyes out for my baby, the vet was kind enough to hand me tissues, the staff was wonderful. They sent me an updated inpatient photo and kept me updated and they allow pet visits. They were pretty busy but quick. I'd recommend them for pet emergencies. After 24hrs he was released and doing better, still has side effects but that was expected, thank you to the staff. ~Armanie

One of the best place to have super good pizza and cheap all around! The buffet has several different kinds of pizza, pasta, cinnamon rolls, etc! Employees are always super friendly and nice. ~James

I visited the tech ridge location and saw they were extremely busy with foot traffic however I was helped by Stephanie within a few short minutes and her service was amazing! She was extremely articulate and one of the most friendly employees I’ve come across in a while, will definitely be visiting this location more often when I need T-Mobile services. ~mercedes

We placed an order for a bar console in November and it was expected to be available in January. There were delays and we were finally able to schedule a warehouse pickup for 03/18/22. The packaging appeared to be damaged at the warehouse, marked that it is an Exchange, and the box was open as well. The logistics guys at the warehouse assured us that the item is not damaged and that they have removed the packaging for “inspection”. We got home and as expected, the console was damaged. There are cracks everywhere, pieces of wood chipping off, the doors don’t close properly, the top was stained, and the quality in general is very poor. We wasted a lot of time and energy waiting and going to the warehouse to pick it up - the console is pretty heavy! 100% would not recommend to anyone. Also Crate and Barrel does not accept and post negative reviews on their website. ~P

I had a great experience with Customer Service during the holiday season. The employees were courteous and efficient. There were many customers in line, so they easily could have been testy. I appreciated the good service. ~Heather

I’ve had an awful experience with this store. I ordered a recliner last December. The salesperson assured me it would be here in May. May came and went and no word from the store. Finally I call and am told it would be September. I told them I wanted the $1300 back that I gave them as a deposit. I got all this talk about “special order” and “restocking fees” and that I signed a contract with fine print that I agreed to all of this despite what the salesperson told me. I don’t know how businesses like this stay in business. Their customer service is awful. I’m so tired of businesses that have so little regard for the customer. I just want my $1300. I’ll never deal with them again. I really wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this store. ~Leigh

LOVE this place! First time moving to TX and the store representatives were attentive, knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. Their mom is a GEM! She’s a delight! They also promised me delivery Friday and came through! This was important to me because I had been told a guaranteed date prior and with no warning, had to wait an additional 2 weeks so I was very pleased with the communication, presentation, attentiveness, attitude and all around business here. The workers were super nice as well! I didn’t have cash on hand to provide a tip but I was super grateful for them!! They were super friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved them as well! I would 10/10 recommend these guys for any furniture needs! Much better for pricing and customer service! Almost like a 2nd family you never knew you needed! I’m sure I’ll be back when I upgrade bedrooms next year! ~Felicia
