Best veterinarian in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

I called about 7 places to be turned away, my Yorkie was suffering from a seizure and it wouldn't stop. They admitted him right away and started treatment. The staff was so kind despite me balling my eyes out for my baby, the vet was kind enough to hand me tissues, the staff was wonderful. They sent me an updated inpatient photo and kept me updated and they allow pet visits. They were pretty busy but quick. I'd recommend them for pet emergencies. After 24hrs he was released and doing better, still has side effects but that was expected, thank you to the staff. ~Armanie

Dr. Richardson was very helpful and understanding with the care of our dog. We came in because our dog got quilled by a porcupine, and the situation was handled quickly and professionally.
