Usually easy in , easy out. Occasionally really busy but overall well staffed. It is our go to for farm supplies like fencing, chicken, horse, etc.,supplies. I would like to thank Daniel (and the store manager) for providing myself and others with excellent "curb-side" pickup service. Daniel and the MANAGER have loaded up my feed often and always remain eager to help. Thank you ya'll!

I Want to take time out of my day to write this review just like DANIEL from Tractor Supply in Decatur Tx took time to make sure I received excellent customer service. I went in to exchange a power wash I bought close to a year ago with warranty. Not only did he remember me from last year but he made sure I got an exchange for another one. Excellent customer service and experience with him and Issac.

Rude employee, too busy talking to speak correctly. Then, when I spoke to a "manager" I got nothing but attitude. Keep in mind, I had called previously to inquire about something. They said "yeah we do that." And gave great information. I loaded up, drove to town, and was left with nothing but disappointment. Permanently lost any of my business. Absolutely pathetic! *edit* I went back due to dire need of propane. I was surprised to see a smiling face, eager and willing to help. And Rachel was absolutely amazing. I will go back as long as she's there. *edit* rude rude rude rude I don't honestly know why I bother. Carla you need some manners!!!!

5 stars for the staff, 5 stars for the store. However, the check out desk is more rude than the front desk at your kid's school. 2 times now front desk cashiers have been exceptionally cold and rude... Particularly this last time. Not a good look for family friendly Tractor Supply.

This place always seems kinda busy but there is always someone to ask if you have a question. They sell good quality dog food and livestock feed. I can easily make all my animal feed purchases here. Also has a dog wash which is super convenient for us!

I left two stars because most of the staff is helpful. Sad to say the manager needs to work on his customer service. I am now taking the thousands I spend here a year to another location. I purchased several chicks and ducks yesterday, within an hour or two one died. I returned asking to exchange for a healthier one along with purchase a few more. I realize there’s a no “return” policy on chicks but the managers dismissive attitude left a poor taste in my mouth.
