Are you serious Sally's...? I purchased $100 worth of products and you have the audacity to not provide a plastic shopping bag for my items. However I am welcome to PURCHASE a paper bag from you!! I will never be back as a patron in your establishment. I need to PAY you to leave with convenience...why not just charge admission to enter the store too...! Customer service death sentence, in the times of Covid-19, you must not need Customers to stay in business!!

They posted an ad on Snagajob a day before I applied and so I applied and waited a could days, I called to talk to the manager if she’s reviewed my resume and she said there are not positions available and haven’t been hiring for months? Why would you post a ad if you aren’t hiring. And if it’s because you weren’t interested, then be a professional and tell me you aren’t interested.

This is for the district manager a lady that shouldn't even be in the customer service business. I'm only giving a 3 star because of the product but the unprofessional attitude and awful customer service 0 stars on the district manager. I went in a couple of weeks ago with an exchange and I wasn't sure if they were doing returns or exchanges but I walked in with my bag of exchanged items and automatically with an attitude got told WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY RETURNS! like I was supposed to know that since there was no sign saying it then she tells me that the company won't let them till the 19th of this month. I decided to stay and look around and carry my returned items around with me in my bag. She was really rude to other customers coming in as well I understand they had a limit on how many people were supposed to be in the store but there was no reason for her to tell people to get out of the store it was her and the guy that was there that day and it should've been their main concern instead of standing behind the registers not doing anything to stop the people at the door and tell them they had a limit. I did the read sign on the door before I came in and opened it Then asked if it was ok for me to come in, she said yeah I think so she wasn't sure how many people were even in the store. So I said something about the sign then she starts looking around telling people they needed to wait outside only 5 people were aloud inside. I won't be visiting this store as much as I used to because of her if I see her working I will go somewhere else. I called there today and asked if they were taking returns today and it was the same lady the district manager she says with an attitude are we taking what and I asked again then told her she was the one that said 2 weeks ago it would be the 19th then her attitude was still going on so I hung up on her and had to call another store to ask.

They dont have African American products in this store but he set up and employees are nice! Just need to cater to all races and will have more customers coming in cause Decatur is growing!
