We were broke down in Decatur in our RV in a parking lot and had to stay overnight. I called to see if they could deliver to us. Anthony answered and was very helpful and professional. It's nice to find people who are happy, helpful, and courteous!

Quick delivery, good customer service but they didn't have either the water or the orange drink I ordered, in stock. $38 for a medium half cheese half pepperoni pizza and chicken bites that had barely any cheese or jalapeño toppings.

I live on a construction site and was weary of weather or not I could have a pizza delivered to me with no actual address. The person on the phone was very patient and we found a solution that would allow me to have delivery. On top of that the driver Calvin was amazingly kind and laughed it off when I paid him $7 in quarters. I will definitely be ordering from her again. Thank you.

We accidentally ordered our pizza in Decatur but live in Bridgeport. Dawn who was delivering let us know and was super helpful. He was very nice and was able to get us a refund!

We moved to Decatur, TX in September 2021 and this Dominos is the best one we have ordered from ever!!! The ingredients are good and have flavor. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is very polite and courteous. Kudos to this location and its staff.

On one of our snow days last week. I went through the drive through, And asked for and also paid for my order that had already been placed online... The lady tells me my food will be out in a few minutes closes the window and walks away. Less than 5 minutes later, a tall skinny guy approaches the window. Literally started from the beginning, asking if I needed to place an order, What was the name on the order, etc. Then proceeds to ask me if I can pull away from the window and drive back through the drive-through. Mind you there are about 6 cars behind me. Me: " Do I seriously have to pull around and wait in line again? I placed my order over 20 minutes ago. How much longer will it take?"... Him: " Hold on a minute I can go check. Oh, it's coming right out it will be ready in just a minute"... Then he comes back and opens the window again, Asking me if I had already paid.... Like seriously? Do y'all not communicate in there??? In Customer service and communication, they are extremely lacking... Borderline unprofessional:(

Another order and more below par food. Burnt pizza sucks. I also have trouble with size of boneless chicken on a regular basis. I've actually received chicken cut in half one time, and often receive pieces that are the size on a nickel. I no longer order the chicken. Just ordered a large pizza and soda. Kept it simple, and it was delivered quickly. However, the pizza dough is raw in the center. Over all, if I was desperate, I would order again. I still prefer Joe's pizza over this.
