100% recommended. Went into the store with somewhat of an idea about what I needed but definitely needed help. Store manager Christopher Gatlin helped me find a paint based on what I using it for, helped me setup my pro account, gave me advice to get my business started and gave me the help I didn’t even know I needed. Christopher was very polite, knowledgeable, educational and gave me the resources I needed to find the answer to any future questions may have.

Worst customer service I ever encounter. No greeting when you walk in and seems very lazy when trying to match your color, they painted over my sample completely and I didn't realize that until I got home, now the paint I bought is darker and I don't want to cut another hole in my wall. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I have always gotten excellent customer service at this location. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Today I called and asked, “Do y’all have wood stain in stock?” The young lady told me I had to be more specific. The appropriate thing to say would be, “Yes, ma’am. We have deck, interior, and exterior stain and we can custom mix stains for you.” When I got to the store, I walked in and was not greeted. All the employees ignored me as they bustled back and forth. No one said, “Hello ma’am. I’ll be right with you.” It seems that employee turnover due to Covid has created a deficit in customer service in many places. I hope this is rectified soon. I look forward to the customer service I have come to expect from SW returning. On a side note...businesses have no business demanding masks. The state of Texas has instituted no such order. My family has medical conditions that prevent this. Are they not welcome? I find this astoundingly prejudicial.

The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable from everything to matching paint, what type of paint to use per application and even knew what paint tip should be used for each specific job. Plus Sherman Williams paint is excellent quality. Paint covered dark ugly color in just one coat.

I appreciate the guidance and patience of all the questions I had about wall paint and wood stains. Joseph, our salesman took the time to make sure I was buying the right products I needed for my home remodeling project.. I strongly recommend this store.

Make sure they check the address so that it doesn't go on someone else's paint list. I have received the note that I have been in and I had not. I'll check the next time I am in to see what colors I have on my list! It's a great product but they really need to look closer for the customer.

A gentleman named Tristan helped me match 9 different paint colors and sheens perfectly!!! Something which most other hardware stores have had trouble with in my experience....I really appreciate all of your hard work sir and thank you TRISTAN for your expertise!!!

Service here has been top notch for the short 3 years I've been coming here. From a contractor's standpoint they offer every tool and material needed. Pricy but they're online site offers SDS forms on every paint etc.
