Had water damaged google Pixel phone ,Verizon advised to bring phone here to iprotech. Was advised cost would be 150.00 to replace screen and data card... Unfortunately it still did not work , problem was the processor which would need to be sent out to a separate repair facility.. The Owner of the shop told me in the most sincere ,apologetic manner, that it would be a no charge due to the fact that they could not get it up and running....

I broke my phone on a hike at work with the park service and I had work the next day ( shattered my screen). I made it to the store within 10 mins of there store closing and they fixed the screen for $150. After that they found an issue with my charging port so they told me to come tomorrow which is okay. They have great service and they saved the day.

Yeah they just didn’t seem to take care of the business. Unfortunately this location wasn’t able to direct my girlfriend out of her old iPhone 6s and into her new eight… Every company should have the facility to take care of everything that they choose to be doing. Guess what… This one didn’t.

DO NOT COME HERE!! POOR QUALITY ITEMS!! I have come to this repair shop everytime there is an issue with my phone. Though in recent months the service and quality from what you pay for is complete hot garbage. The glass received from this place breaks super easy, I received water damage after the screen was placed on wrong and everytime I explain why the issue isn’t on the users end they say that all the damages are not under contract and they will not repair it unless you pay the full amount due again. Only come here if you’re looking to pay a lot of money for cheap glass that breaks if you literally just sit on it.

Cheap quality screen. Had issues a month and half later. Took it back and they said it’s out of warranty that I would have to buy a new one. About 3 month after the new screen half the screen doesn’t work and the screen started to peel off. Now my screen is completely black and is more than half way peeled away. Wouldn’t recommend getting a screen from them. It’s not a Apple screen. It’s a knock off.

They fixed the screen on my 2 year old iPhone XS Max, the gentlemen was very nice and did the repair while I waited and tested it before repairing it... he was very knowledgeable when we asked questions also. Will definitely recommend to anyone with a cell phone with problems that need to be fixed. He also told us about the warranty on the screen repair too.

While they were unable to cheaply fix my CHEAP phone (repair was only 60 less than a whole new one), they did give me great info and were very friendly and responsive. If I ever have the need of repair of a more expensive phone or tablet, I would not hesitate to make them my first go to.

My phone was completely shattered and useless. Took it here and in 25 minutes it was working good as new. This is my second time coming here and I’ve had a great experience both times, Jamie helped me this time around and he was very thoughtful and informative, Great customer service!
