5 Best cell phone store in Simi Valley, California (CA) 2024

As a convert from Sprint, I am not happy with how T-Mobile has handled the transition. It's particularly frustrating when they insist I need to replace our phones, even when they already meet their specifications. The store itself was very busy, and several people were waiting a long time. Apparently, T-Mobile had closed every other store in town. ~Max

This place RIPPED ME OFF !! The Owner/Manger REFUSED to even speak with me ! I bought 2 phones from the Store, and 1 was defective from the factory, when I returned to the store within 15 hours to EXCHANGE the phone, the Snotty Girl told me 3 different reasons, citing a NO refund policy, even if the LAW says I have 72 hours. SO BEWARE, the Indian crime family RUNNING the place are CRIMINALS. BOYCOTT !! ~Trent

Very helpful! My iPhone had stopped charging. Within a few minutes, he was able to clean it out and fix it. Works great now. Definitely coming back! ~Matthew
