They had no record of my past transaction with them. The screen saver I bought and they installed failed. Was told originally to come back if I had any problems and they would fix it for free....how convenient for them

This store is absolutely incredible with amazing service. I came in with my old iPhone 7 and was looking to upgrade to the newer iPhone 13. The store was fairly busy when I came in so I figured that I would need to wait for a little bit before someone was going to be able to help me. This guy Jordan was able to assist me and hooked me up with the new 13. The dude was super cool and was able to set me up with everything I needed. When It came time to transfer the data I told Jordan that I would have my grandson help me transfer it when I got home because the store was busy and I didn't want to take up more of his time helping me to get things moved over. He let me know that they actually have some repair technicians that could help me with the transfer and make sure that everything got moved over right. He brought out these two gentlemen Brandon and Jeremiah who were able to help me get everything moved over into my new phone. I guess there where a couple little issues with the update of my old iphone and some things not being backed up to something called the cloud. But Jeremiah and Brandon got the update updated and things moving over and even took the extra time to explain to me what the cloud it and get it set up right so that my phone would back it self up if anything ever happened to it. As I was leaving the store I made sure to thank Jordan for getting me all hooked up with the new phone and Brandon and Jeremiah for there time. They let me know that if Im ever seeing anything going on with the phone or if I have any questions about it in the future that I can come in any time if I need help. 20/10 Would recommend this location. 10 stars if I could leave that many.

I just drove over here to try and buy a new iPhone and when I get here the doors are locked but inside the workers are helping customers. I’m literally standing there knocking on the door and they don’t even have the courtesy to even acknowledge my presence. I am so fed up with T-Mobile I’m moving to Verizon.

As a convert from Sprint, I am not happy with how T-Mobile has handled the transition. It's particularly frustrating when they insist I need to replace our phones, even when they already meet their specifications. The store itself was very busy, and several people were waiting a long time. Apparently, T-Mobile had closed every other store in town.
