This company is a complete scam. Employees are encouraged to lie, and send so called free products along with an invoice. If not paid in full, Rich has an employee call and threaten to take customer to collections. Be safe and stick with Staples or Office Depot. This type of company should be put out of business.

Sold me two toners that did not work. Funny how they repackage cheap toner into original Lexmark boxes. Don't let them fool you. Pay the real thing to get the right stuff!

The owner of the company who called himself "Rich" pitched me on 24 toners and then sent me 6 without my consent, along with a bag of M&M's. He never got an okay from me, and proceeded to send me a box full of used toner anyway. The bag of M&Ms that he tried to impress me with was melted seeing as how its 90+ degrees in NYC and it was in travel for 3 days. When I called Rich back to explain that there was a misunderstanding he yelled at me and proceeded to express that he had been in business for 30 years and has never encountered an issue like this. Then he hung up on me. Where is the professionalism? I understand being a businessman, but this isn't the way to behave with potential clients. I would never use his company, and will never recommend his company to anyone I know. I am also convinced that he's a liar because who would send chocolate across the country and not expect it to be damaged by the summer heat? If I could give him less than one stars I would. His company is suffering because of his unethical tactics, and his rude tone.

I have a very busy pharmacy. Rich gets me my product immediately and it always works. No leaking cartridges like before. I like the US made product and the free candy as well. Thank you.

The company rep called one of our locations and said they will send free product to try. We did not need one at the time but they insisted it was free trial. After the product arrived they sent an invoice and I called them for explanation. Apparently they lie to people and calls Guinn and Randall to harass and collect the money.

Rich from Superior called me to get me to try his product. After quite a spiel he agreed to send me a cartridge for free because he says his product is so much better than any other that he is sure we will put in an order after we try it. We usually order about 13 per month. After receiving the product, we received an invoice as well. When I called to dispute the invoice Rich got very short with me as stated that I was trying to get out of paying that I'd have to be an idiot to think that any company is just going to give away free product. He then agreed to fax me a shipping label and promptly hung up on. Seems like quite the bait and switch to me.
