Best office supply store in Simi Valley, California (CA) 2024

The owner of the company who called himself "Rich" pitched me on 24 toners and then sent me 6 without my consent, along with a bag of M&M's. He never got an okay from me, and proceeded to send me a box full of used toner anyway. The bag of M&Ms that he tried to impress me with was melted seeing as how its 90+ degrees in NYC and it was in travel for 3 days. When I called Rich back to explain that there was a misunderstanding he yelled at me and proceeded to express that he had been in business for 30 years and has never encountered an issue like this. Then he hung up on me. Where is the professionalism? I understand being a businessman, but this isn't the way to behave with potential clients. I would never use his company, and will never recommend his company to anyone I know. I am also convinced that he's a liar because who would send chocolate across the country and not expect it to be damaged by the summer heat? If I could give him less than one stars I would. His company is suffering because of his unethical tactics, and his rude tone. ~Steve
