My husband and I wanted to get our daughter a phone and he was interested in upgrading his current phone. The process was easy and didn't seem complicated at all. We were informed of the current promotions and were told of the upfront cost. The only negative thing I could bring up is one of this display phones was not available to look at. I saw a poster of it but not the actual physical phone. I think if you have the phone, then you should have it on display for the customer to see. Besides that, we were happy with our experience and the young guy helping us was very professional.

The rep, Melissa, was kind enough to help us out with our troubled phone. She really took her time to make calls and get our phone going. I really appreciate the time and effort from this individual; you can tell she puts 100% effort in everything she does. Very rare to encounter such an amazing-helpful human being. She is a professional. Verizon never fails me, love the coverage and customer service. 10/10 recommend this store.

Melissa is AMAZING in every way!!! I came into the store to upgrade my parents' iPhones and Melissa helped me through every step of the way. She really was exceptional. She broke down all my options and helped me get the best deal. Melissa explained everything thoroughly so as to make sure I had a complete and full understanding of every step we were taking and how those steps would reflect on the upcoming bills so I knew exactly what I should expect. Not only is she professional and gets the job done, helping you with whatever (phone-related) predicament you may have found yourself in, but she is also extremely personable. She's REALLY funny and kindhearted. Laughing and making you laugh throughout the whole process ; making the infamously dreadful boring upgrade experience actually pretty enjoyable. Not just her willingness to help, but her willingness to WANT to help felt very genuine to me. I hope Verizon knows how much of an asset Melissa is to this branch. Sometimes the big suits up top forget about the ones making it all happen out here on the sales floor. She a real one!! I'm even thinking about upgrading MY phone to the new 13 Pro that just came out, we'll see....lol Overall experience: A+!!!
