I am building a home network and didn't want a Best Buy/Costco, off-the-shelf, "consumer" solution. After talking/chatting with Greg, John and Todd at Hummingbird Networks, I decided to go with an entry-level "enterprise" network: (1x) UDM-PRO (1x) USW-PRO-24-POE (3x) UAP-AC-HD-US (4x) G4-PRO (future security cams) I say entry-level because Ubiquiti is known to have some of the bells and whistles of more expensive brands like Meraki but at a price point that is reasonable for a home enterprise-level network. After researching the internet and receiving excellent advice from the aforementioned Hummingbird employees, I ordered online. Speaking of ordering online, their e-commerce website is very easy to navigate and their pricing is very competitive if not the lowest for what I needed. My order qualified for free shipping and the products were delivered in a couple of days on my front porch. (Glad the porch pirates didn't get those packages!) Based on my initial order (and $avings) plus the professional and friendly advice I received, I'll order my security cams, 6U rack, UPS from Hummingbird Networks soon!

I've ordered some Cisco Meraki firewalls and the associated licensing from Hummingbird networks. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable, had competitive pricing, and were very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered and paid for a Tripp-Lite PDUMH20-ISO, Hummingbird shipped me a standard Tripp-Lite PDUMH20 without the surge protection. There was a no return policy even though they shipped the wrong item. Google made it right for me so 5 stars for Google but 1 star for Hummingbird.

Had a very disappointing recent experience ordering online with this store. I was looking to purchase some networking equipment that was in stock, but I was surprised by how high the overnight shipping quote was so I called them to confirm. While they were originally very helpful and offered to bill the shipping to my UPS account, the item didn't ship on time (despite them confirming it was both in stock and would ship that day), so I asked them to cancel the order. They did, but then didn't refund my money. Within a few days I followed up and they said they would look into it but didn't get back to me. Ten days later, still no update, so I opened a PayPal case which they also didn't respond to. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at anything except an automated level.
